Dismantling old/weak plaster over masonry or skirting, raking out joints and cleaning the surface for plaster including scaffolding upto 8mtr height,tools and takles and disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground within 1kms lead,at all heights

demolishing rcc

Demolishing R.C.C. work manually / by mechanical means including stacking of steel bars and disposal of unserviceable material with in 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer -in-Charge.

Fixing steel

Drilling suitable holes in reinforced or plain cement concrete with power driven drill machine to a minimum depth of 100mm upto 200mm in RCC beams, lintels, columns and slabs to introduce steel bars for sunshades/balconies including fixing the steel bars in position using epoxy resin anchor grout of approved make including scaffolding upto 4 m height but excluding the cost of reinforcement, all complete as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge.Upto and including 12mm dia.

Steel work for pedestel

Steel reinforcement for R.C.C work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete .Thermo - Mechanically Treated bars of grade Fe-500D or more (TMT steel bars shall be supplied by company)

Centering & amp;amp,amp; Shuttering

Centering and shuttering including strutting, etc. and removal of form for:Foundations, footings, bases of columns, etc for mass concrete

RCC for pedestal

Providing and laying in position specified grade of reinforced cement concrete excluding the cost of shuttering,finishing,reinforcement and cement.

GI tube for truss work

Steel work in built up G I tubular ( round, square or rectangular hollow tubes etc.) trusses etc., including cutting, hoisting,fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved epoxy primer and 2 or more coats of epoxy paint, including welding and bolted with special shaped washers etc. complete

Laying departmentally supplied sheets

Fixing FRP/poly carbonate/PVC/metallic sheets upto any pitch in horizontal /vertical / curved surfaces and fixing with polymer coated J, or L hooks, bolts and nuts 8mm dia. G.I. plain and bitumen washers or sheets shall be fixed using self drilling / self tapping screw of size (5.5X55mm) with EPDM seal complete , but excluding the cost of purlins, rafters, trusses, and including cutting to size and shapes where ever required. etc. complete (excluding cost of sheet, purlins, rafters and trusses.The required sheet and fixtures shall be supplied by the company), including shifting, lifting,cutting sheets to size and shape wherever required,all tools,tackles, labours, scaffolding etc. For level from 10mtr to 20mtr.

Supplying and laying galvalume sheets

Providing,fixing profiled colour coated galvalume sheet 0.50mm TCT 550Mpa for sheets upto any pitch in horizontal /vertical/curved surfaces over truss and eaves of same gauge so as to prevent water entry into the building with necessary zinc phosphate polycoated J or L bolt of suitable length washer,nut,cap as recommended by the manufacturer,minimum end lap shall be 150mm.The lap shall be sealed with recommended sealant.Including transportation,labour,tools,materials,equipments,scaffolding,supervision,as directed by the engineer in charge at all levels.(colour and materials subjected sample approval).Polycarbonate sheet of mismatching thickness,profile,colour should be provided at suitable intervals to enter day light as directed by engineer in charge and which shall be paid separately.The payment shall be made for area of roofing sheet complete upto any pitch in horizontal/vertical or curved surfaces,excluding the cost of purlins,rafters and trusses and including cutting to size and shape wherever required

Supplying and laying PVC sheets

Providing & fixing PVC corrugated roofing sheets (thickness 2mm or above )of good quality up to any pitch,including ridges,fixing with zinc phosphate poly coated hooks,bolts & nuts 8mm dia G.I plain/bitumen washers complete but excluding the cost of purlins,rafters,trusses etc.The sheets shall be opaque or translucent,clear or pigmented,textured or smooth as specified

Supplying and fixing UPVC rainwater gutter (Euro guard, Aquastar or Supreme) with metallic bracket supports as per manufactures specification

Providing and fixing UPVC rain water gutter of approved brand and shape, 160mm size with required slope using self drilling/ self tapping screws complete, fixed with gi clamp at 1m spacing

PVC Downpipes of approved brand

Providing and fixing PVC pipes including fixing the pipe with clamps/clips at 1.00 m spacing. This includes jointing of pipes with one step PVC solvent cement and testing of joints complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge 110 m dia 4 Kgf/cm2 - External work - Exposed on wall

Scaffolding

Providing and fixing double scaffolding system (cup lock type) on the exterior side, upto seven story hight made with 40 mm dia. M.S. tube 1.5 m centre to centre, horizontal & vertical tubes joining with cup & lock system with M.S. tubes, M.S. tube challies, M.S. clamps and M.S. staricase system in the scaffolding for working platform etc. and maintaining it in a serviceable condition for the required duration as approved and removing it there after. The scaffolding system shall be stiffened with bracings, runners, connection with the building etc wherever required for inspection of work at required location with essential safety features for the workmen etc. complete as per directions and approval of Engineer- in Charge. The elevational area of the scaffolding shall be measured for payment purpose. The payment will be made once irrespective of duration of scaffolding. Note:- This item to be used for maintenance work judicially, necessary deduction for scaffolding in the existing item to be done .

Epoxy bonding

Providing,mixing and applying bonding coat of approved adhesive on chipped portion of RCC as per specification and direction of Engineer-in-charge complete in all respect. Epoxy bonding adhesive having coverage 2.20.sqm/Kg of approved make

Laying ridges for department supplied sheets

Providing, mixing and applying SBR polymer (of approved make) modified Cement mortar in proportion of 1:4 (1 cement: 4 graded coarse sand with polymer minimum 2% by wt. of cement used) as per specifications and directions of Engineer-in-charge. Note: Measurement and payment: The pre-measurement of thickness shall be done just after the surface preparation is completed and Payment under this item shall be made only after proper wet curing has been done and surface has been satisfactorily evaluated by sounding / tapping with a blunt metal instrument and/or the 75mm size cube crushing strength at the end of 28 days to be not less than 30 N/Sqmm2).12 mm average thickness.

earthwork in excavation
