Excavating in trenches, n exc 1.5m wide and n exc 1.5m in depth; for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc. n exc 10 sq m on plan and n exc 1.5m in depth and getting out in soft soil complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc. 25 cm thick in each layer as in soil complete all as specified and directed.

Removing surplus excavated material (SOIL) to distance not exc. 50 m and depositing where directed at a level not exc. 1.50 m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of Brickwork or stone/boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for brick work with sub class 'B' brick old size straight or curved on plan exc. 6 m mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls, etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for 15 mm thick rendering on brick work or concrete surface in cement mortar 1:6, surface finished even and smooth (without using extra cement) complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for 15 mm thick rendering on brick work or concrete surface in cement mortar 1:4 with WPC, surface finished even and smooth (without using extra cement) complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for rendering 12 mm thick in ready mix cement for plaster, mixed with intergral water proofing compound (Liquid) @ 0.050 litre per bag of ready mix cement mortar or as per manufactures instructions, on brick or concrete surface finished even and smooth, including taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walling built in CM including raking out joints hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc in roof parapet walls or any position, including removal of debris from site beyond defence land, comlete all as specified and directed. Note :- Work shall be executed upto 10 mtr height of building.

Material and labour for preparation of newly plastered surface of walls including corners and applying three coats of white wash, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for preparation of newly plastered surface of walls including corners and applying two coats of cement based paint complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for preparation of old plastered surface of walls including corners and applying one coat of white wash complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for non skid/mat finish ceramic coloured tiles of size 400 mm x 400 mm and 7 to 8 mm thick, in floors etc, set and jointed in neat cement slurry @3Kg/sqm and pointed in coloured cement to match over and including 15 mm thick screed bed in cement mortar (1:6) and dismantling of existing floor tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 15 here in above but as in skirting over and including 10 mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of Cement concrete in ground floors and pavings nexc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for 40mm thick PCC (1:2:4) type B1 (using 20mm grade stone aggregate) as in flooring finished the surfaces even & smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for cement concrete (1:5:10) type E-2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in sub base of flooring, foundations, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for coloured pre-polished rubber moulded chequred cement concrete coloured (red/yellow) tile 300mm x 300mm x 20-22mm thick with anti skid properties set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry @3Kg/sqm as in floor with grey cement and pigment laid over and including 20 mm thick screed bed in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for heavy duty endura ceramic coloured tiles 9-10 mm thick dark shade (square/rectangular) polished, area of each tiles not exceeding 0.36 sqm, in floor etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry @3Kg/sqm and pointed in coloured cement to match over and including 15 mm thick screed bed in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for 60 mm thick pre polished rubber moulded coloured machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block of any shape and size confirming to IS 15658- 2006 M-35 Grade with grey cement and no pigment complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for Sand filling 25mm thick under floors or in foundations including watering and consolidation complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for refixing machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block with grey cement & no pigment of any shape and size of any thickness, completed all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in cills, copings, benching on chajjas, roof kerbs, bed blocks and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating as directed with and including necessary form work complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing for Framed work such as grills, gratings, etc. or hand rails with ends of bars (angle, hollow section) shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors; ladders; framed balusters; walk ways; railings; framework of water tanks and similar work conforming to Fe.290.Gde-E-165 including dismantling of old iron complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling posts or struts (wood, steel or R.C.C.) any section, including taking out embedded portion and making good disturbed ground complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing for hand rails, half round or other steel section or core for wooden hand-rail straight portion, drilled and countersunk for balusters running bars, for doors, balusters, nosing to steps including embeding in concrete and screwing etc. wind ties for roof including securing bolts; posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc.; flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc., and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantiling of chain link fencing wire mesh any type complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only Chainlink MS galvanised fencing, any size or type complete all as specified and directed.

Fixing only chain link fencing including line wires, any mesh, size and type to any type of standards, rails, straining bolts, etc. including provision of binding wire complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing for mild steel screw bolts (machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut exc 10 cm but n exc 15 cm long, diameter of neck n exc 12 mm complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in repair for Galvanised 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24 mm dia barbed with 2 mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts, including, securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc. as directed (each line wire to be measured) complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in repair 600mm dia (when unstretched) punched tape GI concertina coil, having 50 to 53 spriral turns per 5 RM of stretched length, 2.59mm dia of GI core wire with 0.5mm thick 19mm wide electrogalvanised steel strip with width of barbs 11.5mm and pitch of barbs 25.4mm, with clips complete all as specified and directed. Note: (i) Running length of wall occupied by coil shall only be measured for payment. (ii) Weight of each coil 9.5 to 10 Kg having 50 to 53 circles shall be provided to cover 5 running meter length.
