Dismantling all types of plain cement concrete works, stacking serviceable materials at site and removing rubbish as directed within a lead of 75 m.g roof. (a) upto 150 mm. thick

Dismantling R.C floor, roof, beams etc including cutting rods and removing rubbish as directed within a lead of 75 m including stacking of steel bars. In ground floor including roof.

Removal of rubbish,earth etc. from the working site and disposal of the same beyond the compound, in conformity with the Municipal / Corporation Rules for such disposal, loading into truck and cleaning the site in all respect as per direction of Engineer in charge.

Earthwork in excavation of foundation trenches or drains, in all sorts of soil (including mixed soil but excluding laterite or sand stone) including removing, spreading or stacking the spoils within a lead of 75 Mtr. As directed. The item includes necessary trimming the side of trenches, leveling, dressing and ramming the bottom, bailing out water etc. as required complete. a) Depth of excavation not exceeding 1500 mm.

Earthwork in filling in foundation trenches or plinth with good earth in layers not exceeding 150 mm. including watering and ramming etc. layer by layer complete. i) With earth obtained from excavation of foundation. (Payment to be made on the basis of measurement of finished quantity of work.)

Filling in foundation or plinth by silver sand in layers not exceeding 150 mm. as directed and consolidating the same by thorough saturation with water ramming complete, including the cost of supply of sand. (Payment to be made in measurement of finished quantity.)

Single brick flat soling of picked jhama bricks including ramming and dressing bed to proper level and filling joints with powdered earth or local sand.

Cement concrete with graded stone ballast (40 mm. size) excluding shuttering in ground floor. (Pakur Variety). a) 6 : 3 : 1 proportion.

Ordinary Cement Concrete M 15 (mix 4:2:1) with graded stone chips (20 mm nominal size) excluding shuttering and reinforcement, if any, in ground floor, as per IS 456 – 2000. i) Pakur variety.

Ordinary Cement Concrete (mix 3:1.5:1) M-20 with graded stone chips (20 mm nominal size) excluding shuttering and reinforcement, if any, in ground floor, as per IS 456 – 2000. i) Pakur variety.

Hire and labour charges for shuttering with centering and necessary staging up to 4mtr. using approved stout, props and thick hard wood planks of approved thickness with required bracing for concrete slabs, beams, columns, lintels, curved or straight including fitting, fixing and striking out after completion of works (upto roof of ground floor). a) 25 mm to 30 mm thick wooden shuttering as per decision & direction of Engineer-In-Charge.

f) 25 mm to 30 mm shuttering without staging in foundation.

Supplying and laying Polythene Sheet (150gm./ sqm.) over damp proof course or below flooring or roof terracing or in foundation trenches.

Reinforcement for reinforced concrete work in the all sorts of structures including distribution bars, stirrups, binders etc. including supply of rods, initial straightening & removal of loose rust (if necessary),cutting to requsite length, hooking & bending to correct shape, placing in proper position & binding with 16 gauge black annealed wire at every intersection,complete as per drawing & direction. For works in foundation, basement and upto roof of ground floor / upto4 m. i) Tor steel (JSW/JSPL/SHYAM/SRMB/BMASL/ELECTROSTEEL/SSL) For work in foundation and upto to ground floor roof.

Brick work with 1st. class bricks in cement mortar. (6:1) a) In foundation and plinth.

The rate includes the cost of rolled steel section, consumables such as electrodes, gas and hires charges of all tools and plants and labour required for the work including all incidental charges such as electricity charges, labour insurance charges etc. i) For structural members of specified sections weighing less than 22.5 Kg./m

M.S. gate of jail type as per approved design made of strong M.S. frame work, intermediate stiffeners and round / square bars or angles. MS sheet (not less then 14 gauge) gussets, cleats etc. including necessary riveting, bolting, welding, locking and hanging arrangement, fitting and fixing complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. In ground floor.

Locking arrangement for Jail type doors including supplying fitting and fixing in position complete as per approved design.

M.S. or W.I. ornamental grill of approved design, joints continuously welded with M.S., W.I. flats and bars for windows, railing etc. fitted & fixed with necessary screws and lugs. In ground floor. Grill weighing above 10 Kg/Sqm. upto 16 Kg/Sqm.

Supplying, fitting and fixing 18 mm. to 22 mm. thick kota stone slab in wall, dado in 15 mm thick [avg] cement mortar (1:3) including making suitable arrangement to hold the stone properly by brass / copper hooks including pointing in cement mortar (1:2) (1 cement : 2 marble dust) with admixture of pigments matching the stone shade, including grinding and polishing all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge including cost of materials, labour, scaffolding, staging, curing complete. [Using cement slurry for bedding @4.4 kg/Sq.m and for jointing @1.8 kg/Sq.m]

Polishing only of old marble or terrazo work with oxalic acid powder using 33 gms/ sq.m. by manual labour / machine where necessary.

Supplying, fitting & fixing 1st quality ceramic tiles in walls and floors to match with the existing works & 4 nos. of key stones (10mm) fixed with araldite at the back of each tile & finishing the joints with white cement mixed with colouring oxide if required to match the colour of tiles including roughening of concrete surface, if necessary or by synthetic adhesive & grout materials etc. B) Wall With sand cement mortar (1:3) 15 mm thick & 2 mm thick cement slurry at back side of tiles using cement @ 2.91 Kg / Sq.m. & joint filling using white cement slurry @ 0.20 Kg / Sq.m. i) coloured decorative.

Cleaning the walls and ceiling by scraping, sand papering and smoothening down the surface including putting.

Applying Exterior grade Acrylic primer of approved quality and brand on plastered or concrete surface old or new surface to receive decorative textured (matt finish) or smooth finish acrylic exterior emulsion paint including scraping and preparing the surface thoroughly, complete as per manufacturer’s specification and as per direction of the EIC. a) One coat. i) In ground floor.

Supplying, fitting galvanised 3 ply 12 gauge / 4 points line of barbed wire in fencing (holes already made in the body of the post) or fixed by staples tightening and fixing the wires in taut condition with straining bolts including the cost of cutting and of lapping joints in the wire as necessary but excluding the cost of galvanised staples,straining bolt and binding wire where necessary.
