Taking down of chowkhats or frame with shutters (without taking off shutters from the frames) area exceeding 1.50 Sqm but not exceeding 4.0 Sqm each, complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down of chowkhats or frame with shutters (without taking off shutters from the frames) area not exceeding 1.50 Sqm each, complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down shutters of any descriptions area exceeding 1.00 Sqm but not exceeding 2.00 Sqm, complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down PVC pipes (any size or pattern), including all fittings, heads, shoes, bends, swan-necks, etc., including cleaning or refixing or removal to Store (measured overall as fixed along the centre line over fittings and accessories, complete all as specified and as directed.

Non-skid, coloured, ceramic tiles 7 to 8mm thick (square/ rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.18 Per Square Metre but not exceeding 0.38 Per Square Metre, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match and including laid over screed bed or bedding layer of mortar 15mm thick in cement mortar 1:6, complete all as specified and as directed.

Vitrified Ceramic tiles of light shade, 10mm thick (square/ rectangular) polished, non-skid, area of each tiles not exceeding 0.36 Sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match, and including laid over screed bed or bedding layer of mortar 15mm thick in cement mortar 1:6, complete all as specified and as directed.

Plain cement concrete M-7.50(1:4:8), type D-2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate), as mass concrete in foundation, complete all as specified and as directed.

Vitrified Ceramic tiles of light shade, 10mm thick (square/ rectangular) polished, non-skid, area of each tiles not exceeding 0.36 Sqm , set and fixing in vertical surfaces/ skirting/ dado or any other vertical surfaces and pointed in white or coloured cement to match and including rendering of 10mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 as backing of tiles, complete all as specified and as directed.

Glazed ceramic coloored tiles in vertical surface/ dado, size 300x200x6/7mm, 300x450x6/7mm, 350x250x6/7mm, or 450x350x6/7mm thick, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or colour cement to match, the shade/ colour of tiles including rendering of 10mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 as backing of tiles, complete all as specified and as directed.

Plain cement concrete M-15(1:2:4), type B-1, (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate), nominal mix, as in cills, steps; plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, including necessary form work, complete all as specified and as directed

Plain cement concrete M-15(1:2:4), type B-0 (using 12.50mm graded crushed stone aggregate), nominal mix, 25mm thick, as in floors, finished even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and as directed.

Pre-cast cement concrete block masonry M-10(1:3:6), type C-1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) with solid blocks, exceeding 10cm in width and incluing setting in cement mortar 1:6, complete all as specified and as directed.

Rendering 15mm thick on fair faces of on brick work or concrete surfaces, in cement mortar 1:4, rendering is to be finished even and smooth (without using extra cement), complete all as specified and as directed.

Preparation of new plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of cement paint over one coat of priming plastered and other surfaces with alkali resistant priming paint, complete all as specified and as directed.

Rendering 15mm thick on fair faces of on brick work or concrete surfaces, in cement mortar 1:6, rendering is to be finished even and smooth (without using extra cement), complete all as specified and as directed.

Providing and applying plaster of paris putty of 2.0mm thickness over plastered surface to prepare the surface even and smooth before applying any paint or oil emulsion, complete all as specified and as directed.

Preparation of new plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of distemper oil emulsion over one coat of chalk whiting, preparatory to distempering, complete all as specified and as directed.

Plain, solid, straight chowkats and frames, in second class hardwood, wrought, framed rebated on the solid, rounded or chamfered, put together with glue pinned at joints, supplied and fixed, complete all as specified and as directed.

Flush shutters, 30mm thick, solid core construction, with block board core and plywood face panels, commercial type on both sides, complete al as specified and as directed.
