Testing and calibration of IDMT relay set having 2 Nos. O/L and one No. earth fault relay installed in the existing HT panel by secondary injection method, cleaning the contacts, resetting with required accuracy complete checking & setting of control wiring i/c refixing of the relay unit etc complete as reqd.

Supplying, installation, testing and commissioning of 800A capacity, 4P Air Circuit breaker 50KA suitable for 415V and designed at 690V AC Supply system,3 phase, Insulation voltage (Ui)=1 kv, Impulse Voltage (Uimp)= 12 kv, 50 Hz, electrical draw out type, front operated with microprocessor-based LCD protection release for adjustable over current, adjustable short circuit, adjustable earth fault & instantaneous protection. The ACB shall havecs=Icu=Icw=100% for 1 sec. for short circuit breaking capacity, full rated neutral, zone selective interlocking with atleast required number of NO and NC switches. ACB shall also confirm to IEC 60947/part 2. Protection release shall have with inbuilt battery back-up. Pre-overload & over temperature protection with individual fault indicating LED's on release. New door as per new ACB's also to be mount as existing panel breaking should have electrical interlocking (Incomer and bus coupler) through under voltage release with proper wiring. Retrofitting to match the ACB with existing panel. Including dismantling of existing ACB complete as required.

Providing and fixing 400-420 Amp rating 4 pole contactor with 2 NO and 2 NC auxilliary contacts in existing cubicle panel board including drilling holes in cubicle panel, making connections, etc. as required.

Supplying and fixing insulator in existing VCB/HT panel and connect properly to VCB etc complete as reqd.

supplying and making indoor cable end termination with heat shrinkable jointing kit complete with all accessories including lugs suitable for following size of 3 core, XLPE aluminium conductor cable of 11 KV grade as required: a) 240 sq. mm

SITC of power-Pack 12/24volt (DC Power supply Unit) in existing HT Panel complete etc as required.
