16.1 Clean off all dirt etc from the body of the transformer and tighten all nut-bolt etc.

16.2 Clamping of LT cable as per instruction of incharge supervisor

Cleaning of surronding area nearby transformer center, treeming of tree branches,

removing of crimpers etc. JOB 150

Submission of the all activity done at location wise in prescribed proforma format

with signature of incharge of supervisor and contractor

Providing of breather if not available with transformer (breather to be provided by

Providing of insulated jumper at HT side from D.O. fuse out side to TC. All three

nos. (Jumper wire will be provided by DGVCL)

Supply & Providing of neutral earthing or T/C body earthing and Dist.Box

body earthing using G.l.strip (size 25mm x 3mm flat) to neutral terminal of

X'mer and disl.box neutral terminal with 3 Mtr PVC Rigid pipe. Earting plate

& 20kg solt+ 20kg coal. G.I.Strip should be brought proper shap up to the

equipment (Earth Resistance to be measured and Earth register to be

maintained as per std norms of DGVCL). ).(Cast iron /GI plate shall be

provided by DGVCL & remaining all material shall be provided by contactor

at his cost & risk)

4 Contractor should have to provide safety tools while working at site.

5 Contractor has to fill up locationwise Transformer Maintenanace Proforma at a time of maintenance (Profoma provided by DGVCL)

6 Contractor has to fill up date wise, locationwise report as per Provided Proforma (Monthly Data- Hard copy as well as Soft copy)
