Painting to new iron works with two coats of synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and shade over one coat of red oxide primer of approved brand to give an even shade after thoroughly cleaning and sand papering the surface to remove all dirt and remains, including cost and conveyance of all materials to work site and all operational, incidental, labour charges etc. complete for finished item of work

Supply and Fixing of Door with Double leaf shutter of size 1.20 x 2.10 mtrs with Sal wood frame of section size 75x100mm with Flush Door shutter solid bond wood block board type with commercial fly on both faces of 35mm thick including cost of fixtures, sales and other taxes, cost and conveyance of all materials to site and all labour charges such as fixing door Frame and shutter, fixing in position with hardware fixtures etc., complete for finished item of work.

Providing and fixing factory-made uPVC any colour sliding glazed windowupto 1.50 m in height dimensioncomprising of uPVC multi- chamberedframe with in- built roller trackand sash extruded profiles duly reinforced with 1.60 ± 0.2 mm thick galvanized mild steel section made from rollforming process of required length (shape & size according to uPVCprofile), appropriate dimension of uPVC extruded glazing beads anduPVC extruded interlocks, EPDM gasket/TPV, wool pile, zinc alloy (white .powder coated) touch locks with hook, zinc alloy body with single nylonrollers (weight bearing capacity to be 40 kg), G.I fasteners 100 x 8 mmsize for fixing frame to finished wall and necessary stainless steel screwsetc. Profile of frame & sash shall be mitred cut and fusion welded at all corners, including drilling of holes for fixing hardware's and drainage ofwater etc. After fixing frame the gap between frame and adjacent finishedwall shall be filled with weather proof silicon sealent over backer rod ofrequired size and of approved quality, all complete as per approved drawing & direction of Engineer-in-Charge inclusive of cost of Single / double glass panes, wire mesh and silicon sealent .
