MANNING AND OPERATION FOR CENTRAL HEATING SYSTEM WATER SUPPLY AND BOILER INSTALLATION AT VARIOUS LOCATIONS AT AF STATION THOISE

Outsourcing of services for manning and operation of central heating system alongwith DG set installation with all connected equiptments and machineries by providing two skilled operators (01 operator in each shift of 08 hours for total two shifts daily) including Satuarday / Sunday/ holiday and also ensuring the smooth running of machineries/equipments including upkeeping the installation and general maintenance of the equipments and machineries complete all as specified and as per details given below :- (a) Central Heating System of capacity 600000 Kcal/hr alongwith DG of capacity 180 KVA = 01 No and 160 KVA = 01 No at MI-17 hangar. NOTE : (i) Fuel like Diesel and lubricants shall be issued under Sch'B' free for filling. (ii) The Operator employed by the contractor must be capable of operating central heating system and DG Set & having minimum 02 (Two) years experience in required works or skilled labour (minimum qualification 10+2 pass) (iii) The personnel employed by the contractor must have Aadhar number and Bank account. The contractor shall pay salary not less than minimum wages fixed by State Govt. / Central Govt./LAHDC( whichever is higher), directly into the Bank Account of the personnel employed. The payment to the contractor will be made only after submission of proof of payment of wages through Aadhar linked Bank account by contractor / firm in the worker’s account. (iv) Also refer note No. 17 of Sch Á'Notes on srl Page No 15 here-in-before (v) Complete tool kit shall be provided by the contractor to the operators for general maintenance of the equipments and the machinery installed in the installation. (vi) Contractor's quoted rates also include for the wages of extra operator deployment to provide weekly off to every operator.

All as per item No 1.00 here-in-before but by providing one skilled operator in one shift of 08 hours daily at central heating system of capacity 50000 Kcal/hr alongwith DG of capacity 35 KVA = 01 No at ATC Safety Bay.

NOTE : (i) Fuel like Diesel and lubricants shall be issued under Sch'B' free for filling. (ii) The Operator employed by the contractor must be capable of operating submersible pump and boiler & having minimum 02 (Two) years experience in required works or skilled labour (minimum qualification 10+2 pass) (iii) The personnel employed by the contractor must have Aadhar number and Bank account. The contractor shall pay salary not less than minimum wages fixed by State Govt. / Central Govt./LAHDC( whichever is higher), directly into the Bank Account of the personnel employed. Outsourcing of services for manning and operation of hot water boiler installations having heat out put 100000 K Cal/hrs (total 07 Nos Boilers - one each at the below mentioned locations) with all connected equiptments and machineries by providing four skilled operators in one shift of 08 hours daily including Satuarday / Sunday/ holiday and also ensuring the smooth running of machineries and equipments including upkeeping the installation and general maintenance of the equipments and machineries complete all as specified and as per details given below :- (a) Boiler installation for SNCOs Area. (b) Boiler installation for old tiger billet & holiday home. (c) Boiler installation for Airmen Mess, SNCOs, MI 17 Hanger Billet. (d) Boiler installation for Officers Area. (e) Boiler installation for SMC, DSC & Officers prefabricated shelter. (f) Boiler installation for Airmen prefabricated shelter.
