OD223804/2022-2023:Operation and Maintenance of the 140KVA DG set, Maintaining of connected main and subpanels of Electrical Installations, Operation and maintenance of all the items of air conditioning system including recording Daily Machine Status, hourly reading which includes the various parameters of the equipments such as the operating pressure, temperature, off/on time, machine changes, shutdown reason, properly maintaining log book and periodically clean filter in the AHU and FCU etc, attending fuse calls of Guest house which includes maintenance of Electric water heater, Maintaining, Cleaning and servicing of Light fixtures etc. in Govt Guest House Kovalam. The work includes providing an Electrician at site who is capable of operating DG and chiller unit 24hours a day. Maintenance include annual preventive maintenance of chiiler plant and connected items, which includes 4 preventive maintenance and attending all complaints (Preventive maintenance and major complaints needs to be attended and arranged through OEM, in the presence of PWD staff)
