Repair and Restoration of Kangoo Dhanoa road Km 0/00 to 12/00.

Excavation in hilly area in all heights and depths in all kind of soil by manual/ mechanical means including saturated soil comprising of ordinary soil, soft rock, hard rocks chiseling/ wedging out of rock(where blasting is prohibited )and their intermediate classification of soil, setting out true to the required line , grades width cutting and trimming of side slopes and level as shown on the drawing and as directed by the Engineer-in- Charge at site according to the M.O.R.D technical specification clause 1603.1 and 1603.2 and sorting out useful material and stacking the same in all leads and lifts in acquired width of the road and transportation of un useful material for filling in road ways, camber, embankments for grade improvements and disposal of all un-useful surplus material to required width of the road or on approved dumping sites by Engineer-in- Charge through all modes of transportation including head load or animal transport or mechanical means along with its levelling fine dressing and carriage of machineries , materials , tools ,equipment and safety measures and incidentals . Any loss to the public / private property during the course of execution shall be the absolute responsibility of the contractor which shall have to be duly compensated by him in all cases as per direction of the Engineer-in- Charge including entire carriage of materials within all leads and lifts . The rates are inclusive octroi , royality , Malkana, toll tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Earth work in excavation for all type of road structure such as retaining walls ,breast walls, culverts, drains and parapets etcetera in all type of classification of soil comprising of ordinary soil . ordinary rock, hard rock, chiseling/ wedging out of rock (where blasting is prohibited ) as per drawings and M.O.R.D technical specification clause 305-1 and as per direction of the Engineer-in- Charge including setting out, construction of shoring and bracing removal of stumps and other deleterious materials and disposal of materials upto any leads and lifts including dressing of sides and bottom and back filling in trenches with excavated suitable approved material to the original surface in layers not exceeding 150mm(one hundred fifty millimetre) compacted thickness including shoring and strutting and pumping and bailing out water ( surface and sub soil water) upto any depth and any quantum of water including cleaning of slush which may arise out during dewatering as per the direction of the Engineer-in- Charge including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and other incidentals . Preparation and consolidation of sub grade with power road roller of 8 to 12 (Eight to twelve) tonne capacity after excavating earth to an average of 22.5 cm (Twenty two point five centimetre) depth, dressing to camber and consolidating with road roller including making good the undulations etcetra and re-rolling the sub grade and disposal of surplus earth with upto all leads including entire carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and as per drawings and technical specifications as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge including all incidentals.The rates are inclusive of octroi, royality, malkana, Toll tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Construction of granular sub-base by providing close graded Material conforming to specifications, mixing in a mechanical mix plant at OMC, carriage of mixed material by tippers to work site, for all leads & lifts, spreading in uniform layers of specified thickness with motor grader on prepared surface and compacting with vibratory power roller to achieve the desired density, With material conforming to Grade-II size range 53 mm to 0.075mm (fifty three millimetre to Zero point zero seven five millimetre) complete including entire carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and as per drawings and technical specifications as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge including all incidentals.The rates are inclusive of octroi, royality, malkana, Toll tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate (size range 53 mm to 0.075 mm ) ( fifty three millimetres to zero point zero seven five millimetres ) to wet mix macadam (WMM) specification including premixing the material with water at OMC in for all leads & lifts, laying in uniform layers with mechanical paver finisher in sub- base / base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller of 8 to 10 tonne ( eight to ten tonne) capacity to achieve the desired density, complete as per specifications and directions of Engineer-in-Charge.as pr direction of Engineer-in-Charge including entire carriage of materials within all leads and lifts nd other incidentals. Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion (SS-1) on prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.70-1.0 kg/sqm (zero point seven zero - one point zero kilogram per squaremeter) using mechanical means as per Technical Specification Clause 502 (five hundred two ).Including all leads, lifts and carriage of materials complete as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer in charge. Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen emulsion (RS-I) using emulsion distributor at the rate of 0.225( zero point two two five) kilogram per square metre on the prepared bituminous surface cleaned with hydraulic broom as per technical specifications clause 503 as per the direction of Engineer-in- Charge. including entire carriage of material in all leads and lifts. Providing and laying 30mm(thirty millimetre) thick bituminous concrete with 100-120 TPH batch type hot mix plant producing an average out put of 75 (Seventy five) Tonne per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading-II premixed with bituminous binder and filler of specified material VG-30 (VG-thirty ) at the rate of 5.5percent (five point five percent) minimum by weight of mix and filler, 3 percent (Thtree percent) transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MORT&H specifications Clause 507 complete in all respect. as per the direction of Engineer-in- Charge. including entire carriage of material in all leads and lifts. Providing and laying of hot applied Thermoplastic compound 2.5mm (two point five millimeter) thick including reflectorising glass beads @250gms(two point five zero gram) per sqm area, with road marking materials with 20%(twenty percent ) glass beads having reflective index of 1.5(one point five millimeter) and 75%(seventy five percent) spherical and indigenous or foreign plant having sufficient strength to withstand heavy load without deformation and having softening point 25 to 30 degree(twenty five to thirty degree) more than the climate temperature of the area in a width of 0.10 (zero point ten metre) strips in specified colour as per directions of Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of material within all leads and lifts and other incidentals .
