Dismantling of laid dry or bedded and laid dry and pointed stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc all as specified and directed.

Demolition of in ground floors and paving N.Exc 15cm thickness (Below or above ground level) all as specified and directed.

M&L for Plain cement concrete 1:4:8 type D2 (40mm graded stone aggregate) in foundation , filling and mass concrete all as specified and directed

M& L for pressed precast cement concrete inter locking paver block any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 60mm thick with gray cement and pigment M-35 grade complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of floor hearth or wall tiles including cement mortar bedding but not backing all as specified and directed.

M&L for non skid ceramic coloured tiles 7 to 8 mm thick ( Square/rectangular) area of each tile exc 0.11Sqm but not exc 0.18 sqm in ist quality provided as in floor set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the surface over cement screed bed 15mm thick in cement mortar 1:6 base complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for glazed and coloured ceramic joint free tiles (300X400mm) 7mm thick, finish as in vertical surfaces set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match including 10mm thick cement plaster in cement mortar 1:4 all as specified and directed.

Taking down chowkhat with shutters ( without taking off shutters from the frame) removing off the premises, size n.exc 1.5sqm each all as directed .

S&F factory made solid PVC moulded door shutter,30mm thick(style) with 2,4 or raised panel design with 2mm thick moulded PVC sheet on the front face & 2mm plain colour PVC sheet on back face, in the frame at site as per specification and drawing all as specified and directed.

S&F solid PVC door frame of size 50mm X 47mm made out of 5mm plain colour PVC sheet reinforced with MS square tube, in opening as per specification of drawing all as per specified and directed.

Dismantling of plain or corrugated sheeting, any gauge thickness, including nainital or similar pattern roof coverings all as specified and directed.

S&F for joist channel angle or Tee section fixed independently without connecting plates etc confirming to Fe-410W grade E-250 of all specified and directed.

S&F for pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall fixed with self tapping screws as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new steel surfaces of any description over 10cm width or girth and applying two coat of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed
