Opening connections of 11 kV faulty cable at both ends and re-connecting the same after rectification of cable fault, rectifying the cable fault by means of cable fault detector mounted on the vehicle, charging capacity 15 kV passing through the cable to detect exact location of faulty point of the cable. Each fault should be traced at a maximum distance of one metre of exact fault point. NOTE:- (i) Cost of transporation charges for the vehicle, T&P required is deemed to be included in the quoted rate. (ii) contractor will arrange his workmen along with T&P in a manner that nonfunctional HT line is made functional swiftly within 24 hour of receiving of complaint from the MES, during entire contract period. (iii) Not withstanding with the provision of "Compensation for Delay' envisaged under condition 50 of IAFW-2249, General Conditions of Contracts, additional compensation @ Rs. 1000/- day will be charged from contractor in case he fails to make the HT line functional to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge within 24 hour of receiving of complaint from the MES regarding non working of HT line. (iv) Proper record of the Complaints/ retifications attended by the contarctor shall be maintained duly signed by the Engineer-in-Charge after rectification of the fault.

Taking out / down old existing HT 11000 volt grade cables, upto size 185 Sqmm, aluminium conductor 3 core, XLPE, armoured, laid in trenches, including PCC / Brick Covers for protection, and stacking, removal to store for re-use or for credit, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, laying, jointing, testing and commissioning of High Tension (HT) XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, heavy duty, earthed electric power cable, cross sectional area 95 Sqmm 3.0 core aluminum conductor 11000 volts grade under ground cable including both side connection with cable lugs etc, laid in trenches, along poles or passing through pipes or laid under floor or through walls etc, complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, jointing & testing, straight through joint kit Cold shrinkable complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 wire, 11 KV (Earthed) grade, HT, underground XLPE insulated armoured aluminium conductor, 3 Core, 95 Sqmm size cable, complete all as specified and as directed.

Repair, Maintenance & overhauling of HT (11 KV) VCB of capacity 400 Amps to 630 Amps, indoor type complete after taking out trolley, checking of all fixed and moving parts for smooth operations, cleaning with CTC or CRC 226 and rustlick, air blower, replacement of minor parts, checking and repair to locking system, alignment & closing / triping & charging system including replacement of FRP phase barier and provideing re-insulation to bus bar with HT tape, repair to heaters and making the complete VCB functional with free and operating mechanism, complete all as specified and as directed. Supply and fixing of tripping coil suitable for 11 KV 400 Amps to 630 Amps HT VCB, complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing Auxiliary switch NO / NC suitable for 11KV HT VCB as per sample, complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and replacement of Shunt trip coil 24-30 Volts DC suitable for 11 KV VCB, complete all as specified and as directed.

Repair, testing and calibration as per APEPDCL norms by engaging authorised agency / APEPDCL and making functioning existing IDMT over current and earth default relays of any type for HT VCB 11KV including assembling, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge .

Supply and fix, PT unit of HT VCB 11 KV/110V, 50 VA conforming to IS and CPRI/NABL approved as in replacement, including connecting, testing & commissioning, complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix, CT unit, 200/5Amps, 15VA burden, accuracy 8.5 as per IS 2705 for metering / protection of HT VCB 11KV, as in replacement, including connecting, testing & commissioning, complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix, Volt meter 0-15KV with PT, digital type, suitable for HT VCB 11KV/110V, as in replacement, complete all as specfied and as directed.

Supply and fix, Ammeter, digital type, 200/5 Amps & 100/5 Amps, suitable for HT VCB 11KV, as in replacement, complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling and removing of Compact Sub Station of capacity 1000 KVA and shifting from site to workshop for repair, opening in the presence of Engineer-in-Charge, taking out coil and detaching core & core assembly for estimation of repair and damaged parts, cleaning and removing the dust from all parts including cores, cooling tubes, removal of damaged parts, shifting to site and re-fixing in position after repairs, provision of cork sheets, making connections, including testing and commissioning, complete all as specified and directed. Note : Supply and fixing of new spare parts shall be measured and paid separately.

Supply and fix, HT bushing insulator complete with brass stud washers & nuts etc, for transformers of capacity 1000 KVA , complete all as required and directed.

Disconnecting, taking out and removing of RMU, 11 KV, 630 Amps, 50Hz , indoor type, 01 way VCB and 2 way LBS, with CT/PTs from site for repair, opening in the presence of Engineer-in-charge, checking of old fixed & moving parts, cleaning with CTC or CRC 226 & rustlick, air blower and removal of unserviceable parts of RMU, replacement of minor parts, adjustment of earth switches, checking & adjustment / repair to locking system, setting of alignment, closing & charging system, trip catch assembly and replacement of bushing of bus bar chamber etc and making functional, testing & commissioning, complete all as specified and directed. Supply and fixing, trip coil/close coil 24 Volts DC suitable for 11KV RMU , complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing, 11KV bus coupling bush suitable for 11 KV ring main unit , complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavation in trenches in soft/loose soil not exceeding 1.5 metre wide and not exceeding 1.5 metre deep for laying/taking out of cables and foundation of poles etc. and getting out, complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning, filling in trenches (soil), including spreading, leveling and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick, complete all as specified and as directed.

Removal of surplus excavated soil to a distance not exceeding 50metre and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5metre above the starting point, complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour, sand cushioning with a layer of dry river sand, 8 0mm thick before laying of cable and 150 mm thick (punned down to 100 mm thick) after laying of cables, in trenches/ducts, complete all as specified and directed. Note : Punned down thickness (overall 18cm), shall be considered for measurement and payment.

Supplying and laying, factory made unreinforced precast concrete cable cover HV type-1, flat, of size 300x180x40mm, laid flat and dry in trenches over the cable for protection, length perpendicular to the direction of cable adjacent to each other, complete all as specified and directed.
