Supply,installation, testing and commissioning of 9.5 Mtr long factory fabricated pole having three/four sections as per manufactures design with base plate of size not less than 400 mm x 400 mm x 10 mm and curved single arm 1.10 Mtr long bracket suitable for providing 4 Nos of LED light fixtures as mentioned in item no.3 and all materials required for installation like interconnecting cable with 2Runs of 3C 2.5 sq.mm FR PVC insulated stranded copper conductor flexible cable , bolts, nuts, DIN rail, 16A SP MCB-2 Nos, 32A connectors heavy duty 4way, N.L-2Nos, glanding in 3 mm thick GI sheet includings connection complete as required and all related works as directed by the EIC.(K-Lite SPORT KING LIGHTING POLE cat No.KP-4723) Note: New pole shall match with the existing pole at site

Erection of metallic octagonal street light pole of height 8.0 metre in reinforced cement concrete 1:3:6 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) foundation (as per the drawing attached) including excavation, refilling, finishing etc. as required Note: The street light fixtures, brackets for mounting light fixture and the octagonal pole will be issued by the Department.

Supply and installation of LED type flood light luminaries 180 W having 150 lm/W , 10 KV surge protection, IP 67 as required. (K-Lite - 4202 -ASTON PRIME 3 ).

Dismantling of LED type flood light luminaries (11nos) from the existing poles of hieght 9.5 mtere and re-installating the light fixtures to the same pole. (Repair of the dismantled light fixure will be done by the Department)

Scaffolding and labour charges for mount on to the pole for dismantling work

Charges for dismantle 180 W LED type sports light fixture from the 9.5 mtr pole and handover to IISER department.

Scaffolding and labour charges for mount on to the pole for refixing work

Charges for refixing 180 W LED type sports light fixture with exisiting connectors etc as required and as directed by the Engineer in charge.

Dismantling of single arm bracket with light fixture from the existing 8Mtr street light pole and fixing double arm bracket with light fixture to the same pole, giving connections to the light fixture with connectors and necessary scaffoldings etc as required as directed by Engineer in Charge. . (Double arm and light fixture will be supplied by the Department)

Supplying and laying of following size DWC HDPE pipe ISI marked along with all accessories like socket, bend, couplers etc. conforming to IS 14930, Part II complete with fitting and cutting, jointing etc. Direct in ground (75 cm below ground level) including excavation and refilling the trench but excluding sand cushioning and protective covering etc., complete as required.

Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1 kV grade size upto 35sqmm in the existing RCC/ HUME/ METAL/HDPE pipe as required.

Supplying and making end termination with brass compression gland and aluminum lugs for following size of PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE aluminum conductor cable of 1.1kV grade as required.
