Low Frequency Electromagnetic Test and Ultrasonic Thickness Testing of above ground piping at PHDPL Banka

Scanning and Inspection of the above ground pipe surface of station piping of different sizes by pipe scanner based on Low Frequency Electromagnetic Technique (LFET) and submission of detailed report along with drawing etc complete inclusive of supply of manpower, tools, tackles, consumables as per the instructions of Engineer-in-Charge. Detailed isometric drawings of station piping are to be prepared and submitted along with inspection reports as per direction of EIC/Site Engineer. LFET findings shall be crossverified by UT that shall be paid under separate SOR item. (Area of Work : LPG process Pipeline and Fire network pipeline in PHDPL Banka)

Ultrasonic thickness testing of plates, pipes at tank farm site for each reading as per instruction of EIC / Site engineer and including supply of all instruments and testing by of ASNT level II inspector and submission of report by hard and soft copy etc as per instruction of EIC. (Area of Work : LPG process Pipeline and Fire network pipeline in PHDPL Banka)

Supply of reflective radium sticker letters / numbers / symbols and applying directly to painted surface near to UT locations and LFET locations including pasting and fixing with supply of all labours tools tackles, scaffolding working at any height etc (Area of Work : LPG process Pipeline and Fire network pipeline in PHDPL Banka)
