Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding and backing coat, and removing unserviceable materials,debris and rubbish to distance not exceeding 100m complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Glazed ceramic coloured tiles in vertical surface 350mm x 250mm x 7mm/450mm x 350mm x 7mm/450x300x7mm/600x300x7mm thick set and jointed in neat cement slurry, pointed in white or coloured cement to match the colour of tiles, over and including 10mm thick backing coat in CM 1:4 to receive tiles, complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down chowkats or frames with shutters (with out taking off shutter from the frames) exc 1.5 sq.m but n. exc 4 sq.m each, complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down chowkats or frames with shutters (without taking off shutters from the frames) n. exc. 1.5 sq.m each complete all as specified and directed.

S&F, solid PVC door frame of size 50mm x 47mm made out of 5mm plain colour PVC sheet reinforced with M.S. square tube, supplying and fixing in opening as per specifications and drawing complete all as specified and directed.

Factory made solid PVC moulded door shutters 28 to 30 mm thick (stiles), with 2, 4 or 6 raised panel design with 2mm thick Moulded PVC Sheet on the front face & 2mm plain colour PVC sheet on back face, supplying & fixing in frame at site as per specification & drawing complete all as specified and directed.
