Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) / manual means over areas (exceeding 30cm in depth, 1.5m in width as well as 10 sqm on plan) including getting out and disposal of excavated earth within all lead and lift as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. a) All kinds of soil as per entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer -in-charge including carriage of material within all lead and lift.

Clearing jungle including uprooting of rank vegetation, grass, brush wood, trees and saplings of girth up to 30 cm measured at a height of 1 m above ground level and removal of rubbish up to a distance of 50m outside the periphery of the area cleared as per entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer -in-charge including carriage of material within all lead and lift.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level : a) 1:3:6 (1 Cement : 3 coarse sand(zone-III) derived from natural sources : 6 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size derived from natural sources) as per entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer -in-charge including carriage of material within all lead and lift.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level : a) 1:4:8 (1 Cement : 4 coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources : 8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size derived from natural sources) as per entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer -in-charge including carriage of material within all lead and lift.

Providing and laying in position specified grade of reinforced cement concrete, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement - All work up to plinth level : a) 1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources) as per entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer -in-charge including carriage of material within all lead and lift.

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for : a) Foundations, footings, bases of columns, etc. for mass concrete as per entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer -in-charge including carriage of material within all lead and lift.

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for : a) Walls (any thickness) including attached pilasters, butteresses, plinth and string courses etc. as per entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer -in-charge including carriage of material within all lead and lift.

Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete above plinth level. a) Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars of grade Fe-500D or more as per entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer -in-charge including carriage of material within all lead and lift.

Providing and fixing G.I. pipes complete with G.I. fittings including trenching and refilling etc. : External work a) 65 mm dia. nominal bore as per entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer -in-charge including carriage of material within all lead and lift.

Making connection of G.I. distribution branch with G.I. main of following sizes by providing and fixing tee, including cutting and threading the pipe etc. complete : a) 50 to 80 mm nominal bore as per entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer -in-charge including carriage of material within all lead and lift.

Providing and fixing gun metal gate valve with C.I. wheel of approved quality (screwed end) : a) 65 mm nominal bore as per entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer -in-charge including carriage of material within all lead and lift.

Providing and fixing 110mm dia Unplasticized rigid PVC pipe of required size for weep holes in concrete walls including cutting, placing and fixing in required slope all complete as per entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer -in-charge including carriage of material within all lead and lift.

Supply and installation of a prefabricated water storage tank with a total capacity of 193KL and a net usable capacity of 180KL. The tank shell is constructed using color-coated zinc aluminum high tensile steel sheets with a ribbed profile, cream-colored finish, laser cut, CNC rolled, and bolted to form the cylindrical shell, which is anchored to a ring beam using anchor brackets and fasteners; the steel is sourced from BlueScope or JSW Steel. The inner lining of the tank comprises a one-piece reinforced PVC alloy liner, resistant to static water pressure, algae, and moss formation. The tank roof is made of 0.5mm thick zinc aluminum steel sheets supported by high tensile mild steel tube rafters for additional wind load resistance, Accessories include a lockable manhole (600x600mm or 500x500mm), hot dip galvanized external and internal MS ladders, an aluminum turbo ventilator (300mm), and a mechanical float and board-type water level indicator. Intermediate tank bracing using heavy steel galvanized angle sections is provided for structural reinforcement at various heights. All nuts and bolts used should be high tensile galvanized with tamper-proof plastic caps to resist rust and unauthorized tampering including all required G.I Outlets and inlets of required diameter Including flanges, gaskets all complete, including installation, as per the technical specifications attached including entire satisfaction and direction of engineer-in charge. Note: The item also includes the submission of stability of foundation and tanks reports duly examined and issued/vetted by any IIT/NIT.
