Outsourcing of sweeping work in main block and class rooms for 4555 Sqm, Old building for 741 Sqm, Faculty centre for 275 Sqm, Scientists Block for 248 Sqm and Girls Hostel for 1710 Sqm i.e. gross area 7529 Sqm including toilets and also sweeping the surrounding area of the said buildings etc. complete in all respect as per satisfaction of the concerned department. The service provider will also be responsible for the payment of statutory liabilities such as EPF, ESI and holidays as per labour law and the same will be deposited/paid to persons deputed in the university for this job. Only labour escalation will be applicable exceeding 10% as per revision of labour wages by the HP Govt. during the contract period and 10% or below on the revision of labour wages is to be borne by the service provider himself. The service provider will ensure that the sanitation work is to the utmost satisfaction of the first party university. In case the work is not found satisfactory for repeated spells in spite of instructions both verbal/written from any offices, penalty of Rs. 1,000/- per day for the day will be deducted from the bill of the Contractor for the 1st and 2nd times and thereafter Rs. 2,000/- per day for which no refund at the later stage will be made at any cost. The other terms and conditions are also appended. * The firm has to engage minimum 5 Nos. sweepers and also provide material such as jharoo, viper, phenyl, acids & soap etc. as required complete in all respect as per satisfaction of controlling officer.
