Note for item No. 1.01 to 1.07 :- (a) The contractor has to carryout the AMC of the lifts through OEM/their accerdited/auth agencies. (b) One lift mechanic shall be available during general working hours at lift complaint cell for safe & smooth functioning of the lift. (c) The detailed lift mechanic of the firm shall repart to the JE Concerned in office daily basis with complaint & maintenance register for receiving the complaints at round the clock daily including sunday and holiday. If he found absent or move without intimation to concerned JE or Engr-in-Charge, he will be treated as absent for the said day and recovery to this effect for Rs 2000/- per day shall be affected.

(d) Cost of minor spare parts/ routine material which costing below Rs.5000/- are required for above mentioned maintenance is deemed to be included in the quoted rate except items mentioned her-in-after. The comprehensive maintenance schedule rate includes all the minor spare parts such as push button, doorlock contact, cabin fan, 24V DC relay, PLA relays, 12V7AH battery, LED lights and lubrication to all moving parts, topping up of oils as per the lubrication chart including consumable which are required for satisfactory maintenance of the Lift. The contractor shall not be paid anything extra for these parts/ equipments and contractor shall also bear the costs of all the defects arising during the period.No additional cost of spares is admissible for the above maintenance. Decision of the Aceepting Officer shall be final & binding regarding minor spares/ routine material.

(e) The maintenance records for maintenance schedule will be maintained by the contractor. Preventive maintenenac consists of carrying out routine check by skilled personnel as specified in particular specification and as recommnedned by OEM. (f) The contractor shall maintain lift in good working conditions without breakdown. The contractor is advised to maintain the rigourous maintenance schedule to avoid any breakdown and send the maintenance personnel regularly and also store the spare parts (Spare parts should be as per OEM's specifications) so that any breakdown can be attended promptly without any loss of time. (g) The contractor shall Service the lifts at regular intervals and as frequently as the OEM directed based on the nature and condition of the lifts, The lift should be maintain in safe and proper working condition. All parts of the lift shall be checked, cleaned and lubricated to keep them both mechanically and electrically in perfect working condition.

(h) Renewal all wire ropes and chains (Where fitted) as often as required to maintain an adequate factor of safety, to equalize the tension on all hoisting ropes, repair or replace conductor cable and hoistway and machine room elevator wiring. If replacement of main hoist steel rope / trailing cable is required at any time as per recommendation of OEM, the same shall be done by contractor and only cost of hoist steel rope / trailing cable shall only be paid seperately as "supply only" rate under respective items in this schedule. (i) The rate of Comprehensive maintenance also includes systematically examine and repair of all components, except the replacement of items mentioned under Boq Item no 2 to 34. If replacement of items mentioned under Boq, the same shall be measured and paid seperately under supply only rate, however cost of labour, transportation & T&P etc. are included in the cost of comprehensive maintenance.

(j) The cleanliness of car & door sills, lift well and machine room shall be the responsibility of the contractor. Contractor or his rep shall ensure that door / window are properly kept closed avoiding any damage to glass panes during rainy / stormy days. He will also ensure to make good the glasses to window if broken/damaged during the rainy/stormy days. Necessary protective arrangement for equipment of machine room shall be made good without any extra cost. (k) Complaint/ breakdown will be attended/ rectified within 02 to 03 hours after informing the complaint by JE/ Engr-in-charge or maximum upto 24 hrs after informing/ registering.The contractor shall generally be liable for 24 hours call back services but strictly ensure availability of his responsible representative daily during the office work time for the entire period of the contract for attending all types of complaints. They shall promptly attend and call back shall not be kept pending for more than 4 hours (unless it has the prior written approval of the Garrison Engineer). The contractor shall obtain signature of authorized representative of the Engineer-in-Charge in token of satisfactory completion of defects.

(l)The minor defects shall be made good by the contractor within and including 24 hours time and for major defects shall be made good by the contractor within and including 72 hours time failing which flat rate recovery of Rs 2000.00 per day per lift shall be made from the contractor. In case of minor defects relaxation period for repairs is 24 hrs. However beyond 24 hrs and upto 36 hrs rate of recovery shall be half the rate of Rs 2000/-. In case of major defects relaxation period for repair is 72 hrs. However beyond 72 hrs and upto 84 hrs rate of recovery shall be half of Rs 2000/- and beyond 36 hrs for minor defect and 84 hrs for major defects full recovery @ Rs 2000/- shall be made from contractor. This provision of recoveries shall continue till the lift is completely made functional. per day per lift will be recovered from the contractor's dues." (m) Attending Breakdown maintenance including controller drive faults and carryout necessary repairs to electrical and control circuit and mechanical components of all lifts that may occure during the operation.

(n) The quoted rates against these items shall also include artificial load testing of each lift twice in the total contract period .The artificial load testing shall be carried out at an interval of not more than six monts. Artificial load shall be arrange by Contractor. Handling and transporting of artifical load from the store yard to work site shall be arrange by contractor. (o) All duty person will wear PPE (Safety dresses) as specified by GE (I) DM (V) and contractor will provide the same. The cost of such PPE is included in the quoted rate. (p) T&P required for carrying out repairs will be provided by the contractor and cost is included in the quoted rate.

S&F cabin operating panel suitable for auto door /Goods lift serving up to 7 floors with illuminated push button working on 24 VDC and digital position indicator with travel direction indicator working on 24 VDC all shall be mounted on 1.5mm thick Stainless steel 304 gde sheet with acrylic sheet for digital position indicator including all necessary hard ware to fix the COP at site all as specified and directed.

Supply only main hoist rope size 13mm heavy duty confirming to relevant IS all as specified and directed.

Supply only power contactor, 32 Amps with 02 Nos + 2 NC. Aux contacts with 230 V AC/110V DC all as specified and directed.

Supply only main contactor with coil, 60 Amps, Power contactor with 2 Nos + 2NC aux. Contacts and with 230 VDC coil all as specified and directed.

Supply only Al or SS sill for collapsible gate of opening upto 1800 mm all as specified and directed.

S&F speed reduction Gear box suitable for 2000 kg elevator with phosphorus bronze worm wheel and stainless steel worm shaft housed in cast iron housing with suitable bearings for worm wheel and worm shaft .The gear box shall be oil cooled with glass inspection window to inspect the oil level in the gear box.The Gear box shall be provided with necessary key to lock the flange properly all as specified and directed.

S&F dual shaft extended break unit working on 110VDC supply, the break unit shall have 2 coils with emergency release handle along with drums and arms with break bands of 6mm thickness all as specified and directed.

S&F MS frame suitable for mounting elevator gear box along with traction sheave,motor,break unit and other components of machie unit of elevator ,the frame shall be provided with anti viberation pads along with all hard ware required to fix the complete machine unit the frame shall be made out of suitable C channel and I beam all as specified and directed.

S&F cast iron heat treated traction sheave suitable for 13mm elevator steel rope along with locking key to mount on gear box the sheave shall be of 520 mm dia with 4 grooves for ropes all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix 3 phase induction motor up to capacity 11KW suitable for elevator and VVVF drive working on 400VAC supply, 50Hz frequency, 4 Pole, S4 class duty 40%, flange mounting with 'F' Class insulation. The shall have double shaft extension for fixing coupling flange on one end and on other end to fix fly wheel, both the shaft end shall be provided with locking key to fix flange and fly wheel properly. Shaft dia shall be not less than 55mm, thermistor for over heat protection shall be provided with IP21 protection all as specified and directed.

Supply only full infrared sensor for door including transmitter receiver and control unit working on 230 VAC complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only main controller transformer primary 415VAC secondary - 24/110/130/230/270 VAC 500V all as specified and directed.

Supply only Break Coil 110 VDC230/270 VDC all as specified and directed.

Supply only retiring cam working on 120 VDC all as specified and directed.

Material and labour in replacement of collapsible gate assembly including roller wheels, wheel track (bottom and top) of existing size at site for any floor / wall including replacement of unserviceable rubber bushes, grill, handles and greasing complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for preparation of old painted surface of passenger/ Goods lift cabin car including door/ collapsible gate at all floors, control panel, motors, gearbox, counter weights and other steel surfaces and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint of shade same as existing all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement of LOP (Landing Operating Panels) made out of AISI 304 Grade Stainless steel sheet of 1.5 mm thick including buttons, lock and all relevant features, wiring complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix micro processor mother board programmable type, input power 230 volts AC +/- 15% at 47 to 63 Hz power supply usage 82 VA, outut voltage 24 V DC at 400 MA. Inut :- input circuit type 24 V DC sink/source, on state voltage range 10 to 2.7 K Ohm. Ouput : Output type relays, current per group of 4 relays 8 Amps, Turn ON/OFF times 10 millisec, relay contact rating 24 Volt DC 2.0 Amps for full collective operation to match existing auto door lift including software installation and necessary relays and contractors complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only trailing cable 12 Core x 0.50 Sqmm all as specified and directed.
