Demolition of cement concrete in ground floors & pavings OR brick work built in cement mortar & remove of dismantled material and depositing where directed.

Demolition of brick work built in cement mortar & remove of dismantled material and depositing where directed.

Taking down plastering on on brick work or concrete surfaces in cement morter including racking out joints, hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc. as per specifications and as directed.

Excavating over areas not exceeding 1.50 mtr in depth in hard/dense soil for floor, plinth etc and getting out, all as per specification and as directed .

Excavating over areas in hard/dense soil exceeding 1.5 M deep and n.exc. 3.00 M getting out.

Excavation in hard/dense soil in trenches, not exceeding 1.50 mtr wide and not exceeding 1.50 mtr in depth; for foundation etc. area not exceeding 10 sqm on plan and getting out, as directed .

Removing of demolised building materials etc. to a distance exc. 900 Mtrs. But not exc. 1.0 KM including loading and stacking at the destination (The quantity of demolished materials will be varyfied at destination) All as per specification and as directed.

Returning filling including spreading levelling , watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 CM etc. all as directed.

Removing of excavated soil lead exceeding 250 mtr but not exceeding 500M and depositing where directed.

M & L for hardcore of broken stone or boulder of gauge (GSB) n.exc. 63mm (B. G. Metal) deposited, spread and levelled in layers not exceeding 15 CM thick watered and rammed to a true surface all as per specification and as directed.

Excavating over areas in hard/dense soil exceeding 3.00 M deep and n.exc. 4.50 M getting out.

Providing & Laying of cement concrete D2-type, 1:4:8 mix.(40mm graded aggregate) in foundations, filling, Floors etc. excluding the cost of form work but including the cost of finishing & curing etc. all as per specification and as directed

Supplying and Laying cement concrete Type B2- 1:2:4 mix.(40mm graded aggregate) in foundations, filling , mass concrete including the cost of curing and finishing all as directed and as directed.

Supply & Finishing cement concrete and plastered surfaces even and smooth with using extra cement as directed.

Excavating over areas in hard/dense soil exceeding 4.50 M deep and n.exc. 6.00 M getting out.

Supply & laying of RCC PIPES 200 MM DIA class NP2 laid and jointed complete with collars all as directed.

Supply & Plastering, Rendering 10 MM thick cement plaster on wall, ceiling, roof projection, facia etc. with cement mortar 1:4 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces as directed.

Supply & Providing Rendering 12 MM thick cement plaster in 1:4 cement mortar on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces. including the cost of finishing & curing etc as directed

Providing & Laying of reinforced cement concrete B1 type, 1:2:4 mix. (using 20 mm graded aggregate) in Foundations, including rafts, footings, foundation beams, plinth beams, bases for columns, etc.as per specification as per directed.

Providing & Fixing of TMT bars 6 to 8 mm Dia. and over, cut to length bent to shape required including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns hooking ends and binding with mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 MM Dia or securing with clips quality confirming to EIC

Providing form work to sides & soffits for rough finished flat surfaces of concrete i.e. foundations, footings, plinth beams etc.

Providing & Construction of Brick work with sub-class `B' bricks straight or curved with modular bricks in cement mortar 1:6 all as per specification and as directed.

Providing & laying of precast cement concrete in cover slabs for drain etc type B1- 1:2:4 (20 MM graded aggregate) setting in cement mortar 1:4 complete excluding the cost of reinforcement but including the cost of formwork, finishing and curing etc.as per specification and as directed

Supply, Fabrication and erection/fixing of M.S. structural steel Work frame [Fe-290 {Gde E-165}] or gates angle or other section with plates, rails, bracws etc. complete fixed with all necessary fittings such as hinges pintles , guide rails etc. fixing complete approved by EIC etc. all as directed by EIC.

Cleaning / desilting of main sewer line/ branch line of size 150/200/300 mm dia by plugging the incoming sewer line bailing out sewer/ waste water and removing of sludge/ chokage including removal and disposing off the sludge to distance exceeding 250 m but not exceeding 500 mtr, work in foul position as directed.

Cleaning / desilting only of manhole /chamber/ soak pit of any description any depth (which are not to be reconstructed) in the main sewer line/ branch line by plugging the incoming sewer line bailing out sewer/ waste water and removing of sludge including removal and disposing off the sludge to distance exceeding 250 m but not exceeding 500 mtr, work in foul position as directed.

Supply & laying of RCC PIPES 150 MM DIA class NP2 laid and jointed complete with collars all as directed.

Supply & laying of RCC PIPES 300MM DIA class NP2 laid and jointed complete with collars all as directed.

Supply & laying of RCC PIPES 450 MM DIA class NP2 laid and jointed complete with collars all as directed.
