Excavation in foundations, trenches etc. in earth work in all kinds of soils such as pick work, jumper work, blasting work and chiselling / wedging out of hard or soft rock upto all heights stacking the excavated soil not more than 3 (three) meteres clear from the edge of excavation and than returning the stacked soil in 15 cm (fifty centimeter) layers, when required into plinths, sides of foundations etc.consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering and then disposing of all surplus excavated earth including carriage of material in all leads and lifts and other incidentials complete and as per the entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Excavation in earth work and disposal of all excavated/earth upto a lead of 20 (twenty ) metres and lift upto 1.50 (one point five zero ) metres, disposed earth to be levelled and neatly dressed, pick work. including carriage of material in all leads and lifts and other incidentials complete and as per the entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Excavation in soil in hill area in all heights and depths in all kinds of soil including saturated soil comprising of pick, jumper blasting work both in soft and hard rock with chiseling / wedging out side of rock ( where blasting is prohibited ) and their intermediate classification of soil including dewatering where required settingout to the required line grades , side slopes triming bottom and level as shown on drawings as directed by the Enginner -in charge at site according to technical clause 1603.1 and 1603.2 sorting useful / un-useful materials and stacking the same in all leads and lifts and transportation of the un-useful materials for filling in roads ways , embankments for grades improvements and leveling to the require grade and then disposing of surplus excavated earth in acquired width of road or on approved dumping sites through all modes of trasportation including head load animal load or machnical means alongwith its leveling fine dressing and all labour, machinaries , materials , tools equipments and sefety measures and incidentals necesary to complete the work by all means ( if any required ) recovary for 197.02 (one hundred ninty seven point zero two) cubic metre @ Rs. 300.00 per cubic metre amount to Rs. 59,106/- only (Rupees fifty nine thousand one hundted six ) shall be done on prorata basis for the quantity of cutting in earth work effected . Any loss to the public and private property during the course of execution shall be the absolute responsibility of the contrator , which shall have to be duly compensated by him in all respect including all leada and lifts and materials and as per direction of Enginer in charge .

Earth work in excavation for structure as per drawing and technical specification clause 305.1 including setting out construction of shoring and bracing removal of stumps and other deletarious material and disposal up to a lead of 50 (fifty)meter dressing of sides and bottom and back filling in trenches with excavated suitable material ordinary soil including carriage of material in all leads and lifts and other incidentials complete and as per the entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Filling in plinth with sand under floors including watering, ramming, consolidating and dressing including carriage of material in all leads and lifts and other incidentials complete and as per the entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing form work with steel plates 3.15mm (three point one five milimeter) thick welded with angle iron frames 30x30x5mm (thirty in to thirty in to five milimeter) so as to give a fair finish including centering, shuttering, strutting and propping, etc. with wooden battens and ballies heights of propping and centering below supporting floor to ceiling in all heights and removal of the same for in-situ reinforced concrete and plain concrete work including carriage of material in all leads and lifts and other incidentials complete and as per the entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Foundation footings, bases of columns and the like and mass concrete.

Flat surfaces such as soffits of suspended floors, roofs, landings and the like: Floors, etc. upto any thickness.

Columns pillars, posts, and struts square, rectuangular or polygonal in plan

Staircases with slopping or stepped soffits including risers and stringers excluding landing.

Beams, cantilevers, girders and lintels.sides and soffits of beams, beam haunching cantilivers, girders, bressumers and lintels upto any in depth. & upto all heights from floor.

Edges of slab and breaks in floors and walls under 20cm (Twenty centimetre) wide.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:4:8 (one cement: four Sand: eight graded stone agregate 40mm (forty nilimeter) nominal size) and curing complete excluding cost of form work in foundation and plinth. including carriage of material in all leads and lifts and other incidentials curing complete and as per the entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:6:12(one cement: six sand: twelve graded stone aggregate 40mm (forty milimeter) nominal size) in Foundatio & Plinth ncluding carriage of material in all leads and lifts and other incidentials complete and as per the entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying reinforced cement concrete design mix M-25 (Twenty five) grade mechanically mixed and vibrated and curing complete excluding cost of form work and reinforcement for reinforced cement concrete work. The mix shall be designed as per requirement of I.S. code and P.W. D specification. The design mix will be got approved from the Engineer-in-Charge prior to the casting . Providing and laying reinforced cement concrete design mix M-20 (Twenty ) grade mechanically mixed and vibrated and curing complete excluding cost of form work and reinforcement for reinforced cement concrete work. Finishing wall with weather proof exterior grade emulsion of approved design (Apexultima) or its equarlied on undecorated wall surfaces (two coats) to give an even shade and final finish after throughly cleaning the surface to remove all dirt, dust and other foreign matter etc including sand paper smooth including carriage of material in all leads and lifts and other incidentials complete and as per the entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Applying one coat of Acrylic primer (Spectrum or equivalent of Superior quality) on new concrete/masonry/plastred surfaces after and including preparing the surface by thoroughly brushing the surface free from mortar droppings and other foreign matters, sand papering the surface smooth including carriage of material in all leads and lifts and other incidentials complete and as per the entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Finishing Outer surface of Walls in locally availabel GARSA stone cladding in 200x100 x5mm in size in cobination of two colour as per the design shall be fixed properly on the rough wall / on directly brick wall base mortor shallbe 1:4 and tiles shall be fised with cement slurry/ paste on the tiles. the groove of 8 mm shallbe provided in the Slate tiles and filled with the grout to match shade of the tiles including carriage of material in all leads and lifts and other incidentials complete and as per the entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Applying priming coat over new wood and wood based surfaces after and including preparing the surface by throughly cleaning oil grease dirt and other foreign matter sand papering and knotting. readymixed paint brushing wood primer pink including carriage of material in all leads and lifts and other incidentials complete and as per the entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Painting two coats (excluding priming coat) on new wood and wood based surface with enamel paint to give an even shade including cleaning the surface of all dirt, dust and other foreign matter, sand papering and stopping:with enamel paint other than white. including carriage of material in all leads and lifts and other incidentials complete and as per the entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Painting two coats (excluding priming coat) on steel or metal surfaceswith enamel paint to give an even shade including cleaning the surface of all dirt,dust and other foreign matter, sand papering and stopping:(a) With white enamel paint or other than white. including carriage of material in all leads and lifts and other incidentials complete and as per the entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-Charge.
