Servicing/Overhauling of 3 Phase 415 Volts 1440 RPM 150 HP/125 HP capacity Induction Motor (MAKE : KIRLOSKAR/ ALSTOM) installed at Jalkendra, Intermediate Pump House alongwith following others repairs :- (a) Taking out Motor from its Position by decoupling from Pump and disconnecting all Cable Connections. (b) Dismantling of induction Motor complete Part by Part carefully, testing all Coils, degreasing bearing and display all the Parts without damaging any portion for inspection of Engineer-in-Charge to ascertain the Serviceability of existing Parts. (c) Heating & Varnishing to Stator with super quality varnish and dried out properely with external heat as ordered and as directed. (d) Reassembeling the Motor complete with all existing Serviceable Parts obtained , greasing the Bearing with bearing grease and new Parts as ordered by Engineer-in-Charge (New Parts shall be measured and paid separately under relevant Item here-in after) (e) Reinstall the Motor at its existing Position, couple with the Pump connecting all Cable connections and testing on completion complete all as specified and as directed. Note :- (i). Any Parts required for replacement shall be measured and paid seperately under appropriate item as ''Supply only'' (s) of this schedule. However labour element involved in replacement is included in unit rate quoated against this Item. (ii). .Any unforeseen minor repair and minor parts ( Total cost less than Rs 200 ) that are not covered under Item No-1 to 5 but required to complete the repair work / smooth functioning of Motor shall be deemed to be included with the unit rate .Transportation of Stator / Rotor parts for machining , rewinding at lathe shop at Tezpur / Rangapara is also deemed to be included with unit rate. iii). Supply only NDE ( Non Driver End ) Bearing No- 6314C3 or as per existing suitable for 150/125 HP Motor against Item No. 1 here-in-above, complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only Bakelite connection terminal plate with brass nuts bolts and washers suitable for 150/125 HP Motor against Item No. 1 here-in-above, complete all as specified and as directed.

Rewinding burnt coils of Induction Motor stator of capacity 125 HP /150 HP obtained from Item Ser No-1 here-in-above with super enamelled copper winding wire as per existing size and guage to achieve the required /specified RPM including taking out old unserviceable winding, cleaning/ repairing damaged slots, complete all as specified and as directed.

Servicing / Overhauling of Electric driven Vertical / Horizontal NC split casing Pump-set having discharge 50000 GPH/ 60000 GPH, H 61-M ( Make- Kirloskar ) coupled with induction Motor 125HP/ 150 HP capacity installed at Jalkendra, Intermediate Pump house along with following others repairs :- a). Taking out Pump from its Position by decoupling from Motor and disconnecting all suction /delivery water connections , setting aside Pump from base plate , b). Dismantling of Pump complete part by part carefully , degreasing bearing and display all the parts without damaging any portion for inspection of Engineer-in-Charge to ascertain the serviceability of existing parts. c). Replacement of Gasket set and gland packing rope. d). Reassembeling the Pump complete with all existing serviceable parts obtained, greasing the bearing with bearing grease , and new parts as ordered by Engineer in Charge.( New parts shall be measured and paid separately under appropraite Item here-in-after) e) Reinstall the Pump at its existing Position, couple with the Motor and connecting all suction delivery water connections and testing on completion complete all as specified and as directed. Desliting / Taking out accumulated sludge , Silt , Mud etc., from Flocculation Chamber, Flush mixing chamber , Clarifier Chamber , connected channels including scrapping down and cleaning internal surface of walls , Floors, Roofs, Mechanical Parts and cleaning blockage of wash out channels , pipes Drainage system etc. and removing the same to a distance not exc. 50 Metre complete all as specified and as directed.

Scrapping down , cleaning Internal Surfaces of Walls, Floors, Roofs, Drainage system etc of Under Ground Clear water sump ( installed at Jalkendra, IMPH ) of size 30.00 x 30.00 x 2.60 Metre including removing the accumulated sand/ silt from the chambers, depositing where directed at distance not exc. 50 Metre complete all as specified and as directed.

Desilting/Taking out accumulated Silt, mud etc from temporary open channels of size 1.5 metre wide and 5 metre deep, connecting from main stream of river Gabru to sand trap near Jackwell at Jalkendra including removing the accumulated sand/ silt from the channels depositing where directed at distance not exc. 50 Metre complete all as specified and as directed.

Desilting of Sludge Pit and Manhole to bring water from river to collection chamber/jackwell at Jalkendra including removing the accumulated sand/ silt from the channels depositing where directed at distance not exc. 50 Metre complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L cutting/Cleaning amd removing of all unwanted vegetations, bushes, grasses, roots ,etc and removing to a distance not exc 50mtrs complete all as specified and as directed.

M& L preparation to CI/DI MS rising, distribution, overflow, wash out and suction pipe line of dia 150mm to 300 mm in vertical/ horizondal position and painting two coat of super enameled black or sky blue paint over a coat of red oxcide duly marked inlet/outlet direction, overflow/ washout at various water supply installation/ OHT at any height/ staging under GE Missamari all as directed Note: The rate quoted id deemed to inclusive for making arrangement for stage/ ladder for painting work.

M&L Cast Iron Sluice Valve 250 mm bore (dia), comply with IS:14846-2000, Class PN-1.6, both Ends Flanged, having Gun Metal Working Parts, Stainless Steel Spindle with Cast Iron Hand Wheel with all necessary fixing Arrangements such as Gaskets, Mild Steel Nuts, Bolts, Washers, etc. and testing including taking down unserviceable Sluice Valve,complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only Brass bar/ block for making of brass bushing as per existing size for existing housing of various pump sets, induction motor and submersible pump complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge

Supply of JCB/Fork land for removal of Silt/Gravels in the open drain from Ghabharu River to sand catcher at Jalkendra all as specified and directed by EIC Note:- (a) Rate quoted is deemed to inclusive of payment of Driver, Feul, Coolent, Lubricant or any other acessories as required (b) No additional charges will be paid for the T&P required. (c) Work shall be carried out only in written orders of Engg-In-Charge, and duty roster mentioning the Vechile Registration No. shall be maintained for start time and end time, date wise signed by JE, Engg-In-Charge,Contractor dully countersigned by GE. Photographic evidence shall be submitted to Engg-In-Charge as demanded and cost of Photos (One Photo per hour) is deemed to be inclusive in the unit rate quoted.
