Attending the complaints lodged by the occupants/users of electrification nature & rectification of the fault as per the complaint lodged by the user in any time (day and Night) in respect of main fixture /breakdown for light/fan/bell/light or power socket and LT line etc complete repairs to the extent by removing connections from the system removing faults in wires, battens, conduit, sunken boxes, junction boxes, main switches, MCBs/DBs utility light fitting, lamp holders AC ceiling/ Exhaust fans and other type of complaints to connected fixtures of the internal electrification including providing of petty stores such as wires of appropriate size and conductor matching to existing one upto the length of 1 mtr including insulation tape, screws , nuts as required to rectified the fault with regard to the complaint lodged and refixing of fittings, fixtures to their position as dismantled and respect of item if required to be paid under respective item as required complete all as directed at site to the entire satisfaction of Engr-in-Charge/users. Note :- (a) Repair/ replacement of switches, fan, regulator , replacing burnt/ damaged wiring , replacement of burnt MCBs and main switch , voltage fluctuation, current leakage, repair of street lights, and replacement of tube lights and no light etc will be attended with in 8 Hrs as urgent nature. (b) The complaints will be attended by electricians & respective helpers during day and night hours without delay.

(c) The complaint will be taken from complaint cell. (d) All necessary tools & plants i.e. multimeter, tong tester, spanner set, wrench, screw driver set, combination plier, testing lamp set, drilling machine, bamboo ladder, blower/ vaccum cleaner, crimping tool, cutting and chasing tool, insulation megger , etc will have to kept by each tradesman engaged by contractor at his own cost. (e) Any accident/ mishappening occurred during the execution of work shall be responsibility of Contractor. (f) One MOBILE PHONE should also be provided by contractor to the each trademan engaged by him with incoming & out going facilities for normal and after working hours also so as to contact him in case of emergency during the entire period covered under the contract to keep liaison / communication with MES staff . (g) Complaint register and complaint slip shall be providing by the contractor duly printed with CA No and firm and the cost is deemed to be included in unit rate. (h ) Cost of material for replacement of new items shall be measured and paid separately under relevant items (serial item No 02.00 to 32.03) of Sch A/BOQ

Supply only bulk head luminaries LED 10 watt lamp comprising of deep drawn anodized aluminium body epoxy shite powder coated complete with accessories all as specified and directed.

Supply only indoor decorative channel housing fitting slim LED batten 10 Watt (Mirror Light) 2 Feet with polycarbonate housing and diffuser AC 220-240 volts, 50 Hz and connecting with copper conductor flexible cable from ceiling rose to connector of the light, fixing the same with two Nos PVC square box complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only indoor decorative channel housing fitting slim LED batten 20 Watt with polycarbonate housing and diffuser AC 220-240 volts, 50 Hz and connecting with copper conductor flexible cable from ceiling rose to connector of the light, fixing the same with two Nos PVC square box complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only LED security light luminaire 20 watt freedom , pressure die cast aluminum housing, heat resistant glass, IP66 protection, better optics for uniform distribtion complete with all accessories internally pre wired and including connecting up with three core 1.5 sqmm flexible copper conductor cable from ceiling rose to connector of light complete.

(Note : MCB SP/TPN shall be measured and paid seperately under appropriate items of this schedule . Note : Copper thimble shall be used for connection of cable .

Supply only MCB DB 4 way sheet metal enclosure SPN 240 volts, 50 Hz, with IP-42 protection, double door with 200 Amps standard bus bar of suitable size and common neutral link all enclosed in standard sheet flush mounting complete all as specified and directed. Note : Copper thimble shall be used for connection of cable .
