Memorandum showing items of work to be carried out

1) The Schedule B shall be read in conjunction with the Instruction to Bidders, General and Special Conditions of Contract, Scope of Services and

Specifications.

2) The quantities given in the Schedule B are estimated and provisional and are given to provide a common basis for bidding. The basis of

payment will be actual quantities of work ordered and carried out and valued at the rates and prices tendered in the Schedule B, where

applicable and otherwise at such rates and prices as the Engineer may fix within the terms of Contract.

3) The rates and prices tendered in the Schedule B shall, except in so far as it is otherwise provided under the contract, include all equipment,

construction plant, labour, supervision, materials, erection, maintenance, testing of input material delivered, profit, taxes and duties together
