M&L for Cleaning vertical and horizontal surfaces of unflustered masonry wall and concrete surfaces for loose materials/dust and applying two coats of epoxy resin component (Dr. Fixit DAMPGUARD or equivalent) solution/mix using nylon brush pouring Base part in appropriate container followed by the Hardner part and mix thoroughly to attain homogeneous smooth paste and dilute the mixed compound with water in ratio 1 part Base: 1 part Hardner: 1 part water by slow addition and mix thoroughly until a brushable consistency is obtained, first coat will be allowed to dry for 6 to 8 hrs before application of second/final coat) including curing treated surface for 24 hrs complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Cutting out cracks to V-section in existing roofs or terracing, cleaning out, wetting, grouting with cement and sand slurry 1:3 complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Cutting out cracks to V-section in existing roofs or terracing, cleaning out and filling solidly with a hot mixture of bitumen and clean dry sand 1:1 (by weight) complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Priming surfaces and applying normal treatment (for moderate conditions) using glass fibre base bitumen felt, grade 2 complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of plain cement concrete in ground floors and pavings not exceeding 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 75 mm thick PCC 1:3:6 type C2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in sub base/plinth protection complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 40mm thick PCC 1:2:4, type B1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in floor, finished the surface even and smooth with using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete (reinforcement cut as required to facilitate demolition) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for all as specified and as directed.

M&L for RCC 1:2:4, type B-1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in Slabs supported on walls, beams, and column in floors, roof, landing, balconies, canopies, deck slab and in shelves and like etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for mild steel TMT bars 8 mm dia cut to length, bent to shape as required including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns,hooking ends and binding with mild steel wire(annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia as in reinforcement bar complete all as specified and as directed.
