Dismantling mild steel work of any description complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing and fixing stainless steel (Grade 304) railing made of hollow tubes, channel, plates etc., including welding, grinding, buffing, polishing and making curvature (where ever required) and fitting the same with necessary stainless steel nuts and bolts complete, including fixing the railing with necessary accessories & stainless steel dash fasteners, stainless steel bolts etc ., of required size, on the top of floor or the side of waist slab with suitable arrangement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for framed work such as grills, gratings, etc.. with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors; ladders; framed balusters; walk ways; railings; framework of water tanks and similar work conforming to Fe.290.Gde-E-165 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for steel work in tubular trusses including special shaped washer etc. complete using ERW or induction butt welded tubes conforming to I. S.1161- 1979 grade St.-240 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new or previously untreated steel and iron surfaces of any description over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of old painted steel surface over 10 cm width or girth not otherwise described and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Pre- painted galvatume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of an colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws as specified including dismantling existing one complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (un reinforced) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for and directed and removing debris out side to Dockyard premesis complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 75 mm thick cement concrete 1:3:6 Type C2 (using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) in floors (plinth protection) finishing cement concrete surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling floor hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) and rubbish off the premises and removing debris out side Dockyard all as specified and directed.

M&L for coloured non skid ceramic tiles area of each tiles exceeding 0.11 but not exceeding 0.18 sqm, in floor set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match laid over and including cement screed 15 mm thick in 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for coloured glazed ceramic tiles (300 x 450) x 7-8 mm thick in dado set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match fixed over incl rendering in CM 1:4, 10 mm thick complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for light shed vitrified ceramic tiles 10 mm thick (square/ rectangular) polished, area of each tiles exceeding 0.18 sqm but not exceeding 0.36 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over 15 mm thick 1:6 cement morter including roughning surface of old concrete floor by picking sweeping clean and washing down with water to remove dust and brushing neat cement slurry with 3 kg of cement per sqm complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 20mm thick granite (of any type) work (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, window- cills, cooking platforms and like in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite complete all as specified and directed

M&L for rounding to edges of granite stone slabs one edge such as in steps, cooking plateform or any location etc., complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of brickwork or stone/ boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for pre-cast cement concrete 1:3:6 type C1(using 20 mm graded crushedstone aggregate) block masonry with solid blocks, exc. 10 cm in width and setting in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or concrete wall etc including racking out joint hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 5 mm thick plastering in cement mortar 1:3 on concrete surfaces of ceiling and finishing the surfaces fair and even without using extra cement all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparing newly plastered and unplastered surfaces of ceiling and applying three coats of white washing complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new plastered surface of wall and applying two coats of oil bound distemper over a one coat of alkali resistant primer with 1mm thick wall care putty over plastered surface to prepare surface even and smooth complete all as specified & directed.

M & L preparation of newly plastered surfaces of walls and applying two or more coats of 100% premium acrylic paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance a per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance ecterior paint of required shade 9company depot tinted0 with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior promer applied @ 0.9 litre/10 sqm over new surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of paver block of any description and removing debris outside from the dockyard premises all as specified and directed

M&L for 50mm thick sand filling under floor or in foundation including watering consolidation complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for machine pressed precast cement concrete interlocking paver block with grey cement and pigment any shape and size of 60mm thickness , M-35 graded laid over sand cushioning complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Hardcore of broken stone or boulders of gauge n exc. 63mm, deposited, spread and levelled in layers n exc. 15 cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing, cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-0 (using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate) as in cement concrete in roof kerbs or mud stops, rounded or chamfered on edges complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete in ground floors and pavings/ drain bedding not exceeding 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) etc and disposing off the debris out side Naval Dockyard premises complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cement concrete type D2 1:4:8 (40 mm graded aggregate) as in sub floors/ sub base of flooring complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 75mm thick Cement concrete type B-2,1:2:4 (40mm graded aggregate) as in sub base of flooring complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for stair tiles 10 to 12 mm thick as in treads / rise / landing of stair laid over 15 mm thick cement screed (1:6) and jointed with grey cement slurry and pointed with white cement with admixture of pigment to match the shade of the tiles complete all as specified and directed.

M&L chequered cement concrete tiles with grey and any pigments 30cm x30cm x 25mm thick, set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors and incl cement screed 15mm thick in 1:6 all as specified and directed

Note: The above quoted items are to be executed with proper safety gears and necessary double scaffolding arrangements to carry out the repair works. The rates quoted shall be accordingly considered for all the safety measure, scaffolding, height, lead and lift in the items.
