RequiredThe company/firm should submit an affidavit of Rs.100 stating he is bound to all the terms and conditions stated by the employer and all documents submitted by him is genuine and he is not been blacklisted by any department/body in last 5 years for fraudulent practices, misbehaviour or any other reasons

RequiredThe Registration Certificate of Establishment issued by the Labour Department to be enclosed.

Eligibility Criteria

Bidders shall not be under a declaration of ineligibility for corrupt and fraudulent practices issued by Government of Karnataka

It shall be the responsibility of the Bidder to ensure credit of Tender Processing Fee and EMD into the respective receiving bank accounts of e-Procurement on or before the last date and time of bid submission.

EMD Payments through e-Payment mode shall be made as one single transaction and payments made in part are liable for rejection.

As and when revision of wages by the Labour Department occurs such revisions shall be paid to the employees

The minimum academic qualification of personnel is that he must have passed VII Standard Examination with Kannada as a language.

Conditional tender is liable for rejection
