Demolition of brick work or stone/ boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stone work and precast concrete articles all as directed.

M&L for brick work with sub class 'B' bricks, old size, straight or curved on plan exc. 6m mean radius using old size bricks built in cement mortar (1:4) all as specified.

Demolition of cement concrete (un reinforced) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for all as specified and as directed.

M&L for plain cement concrete 1:4:8 type D2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundations, filling and mass concrete, sub base for flooring etc. all as specified and as directed.

M&L for PCC 100mm thick type C2 (1:3:6) using 40mm graded aggregate as in sub-base for flooring/ hard standing complete all as specified.

Supply and laying 80mm thick machine pressed coloured precast concrete M-40 grade, interlocking Paver Blocks, PVC mould reflective type conforming to IS - 15658 of any shape and size with grey cement and pigment complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for PCC 100mm thick type B2 (1:2:4) using 40mm graded aggregate as in sub-base for flooring/ hard standing complete all as specified.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc. to receive plaster

M&L for rendering 15mm thick in CM (1:4) on brick or concrete surfaces finishing even and smooth without using extra cement complete including mixing water proofing compound all as specified. [Note: Supply only water proofing compound shall be measured and paid separately]

Supply only liquid water proofing compound.

De-silting of sewer drain of any size by dewatering the water, taking out complete sludge and other foreign material in liquid/ semi liquid/ mud/ silt or in solid state and disposing the sludge to out side MD land and dumped at designated locations as decided/ directed by the concerned State Govt authorities complete including clearing all vegetation growth, plants and bushes and pumping arrangements of water, plugging of drain inlet as required complete all as directed. Note: Net quantity of solid state sludge as removed from site shall be measured and paid

M&L for providing cement concrete type B1, 1:2:4 using 20mm graded aggregate as in lintels up to 1.5m clear span, cills, steps, seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, copings, bed plates etc complete including necessary formwork all as specified.

Dismantling posts or struts (wood, steel or RCC) any section, embedded in concrete, brick work, masonry etc. including taking out embedded portion and making good disturbed surfaces all as directed.

Dismantling fencing wire mesh, any type

M&L for plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type B2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundations, filling and mass concrete, sub base for flooring etc. all as specified and as directed.

M&L for mild steel work in hand rails, half round or other stock section or core for wooden hand-rail straight portion, drilled and countersunk for balusters running bars, for doors, balusters, nosing to steps including embedding in concrete and screwing etc. wind ties for roof including securing bolts; posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc.; flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc., and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 all as specified

Supply only Chain link MS galvanized fencing, any size or type all as specified.

Fixing only chain link fencing including line wires, any mesh, size and type to any type of standards, rails, straining bolts, etc. including provision of binding wire all as specified and as directed.

Supply only 10mm dia mild steel bars as in line wires for chain link fencing all as specified.

M&L for preparation of new or previously untreated steel/ iron surfaces of any description exceeding 10 cm in width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of zinc chrome primer complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repairs Galvanized 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts, including, securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanized mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc. as directed (each line wire to be measured) all as specified.

Providing and fixing concertina coil fencing with punched tape concertina coil of any dia, having 50 Nos rounds per 6 metre length (before stretching), on up to 3 m height of wall with ‘Y’ shaped angle iron brackets placed 2.4m to 3.00m apart, stud tied with G.I. staples and G.I. clips to retain horizontal, including necessary bolts or G.I. barbed wire tied to angle iron, with reinforced barbed tape (R.B.T.)/ spring core (2.5mm thick) wire of high tensile strength of 165 kg/sq.cm with tape (0.52mm thick) and weight 43.478 gm/m complete all as specified and as directed including taking down existing rusted coil. Notes: (i) Angle iron supports shall be measured and paid separately under relevant items of Schedule ‘A’ (ii) Measurement shall be made for stretched length.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for all as specified.

M&L for mild steel framed work as in doors or gates of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces, etc., complete, drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering, doors etc. to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings and hanging; also fastening and fixing complete conforming to Fe 410-W (Gde-E- 250), Quality-A all as specified.

Deduct: Amount of Schedule of Credit b/f from Sl. Page No. 16 of tender document i.e. Rs. 80,650.00
