Engagement of user fee collection agency on the basis of e-quotation through e-tender at Rahua Fee Plaza at Km 15+440 of Village-Rahua, District-Saharsa for the project of rehabilitation and up-gradation and Construction of Two Lane with paved Shoulder of Selected road stretches from Parsarma to Bariyahi Section-II (Design Km 0.000 to km 24.068) NH-327E, Bangaon Bypass Section-III (Design km 0.000 to 3.820) & Mahishi Spur Road Section-IV (Design km 0.000 to km 5.720), total length of 37.378 km under BRT Scheme Bharatmala Pariyojna Phase-I in the state of Bihar on HAM Mode and upkeep/maintenance of adjacent Toilet blocks including recouping the consumable items.

1) I/We hereby submitting an "Undertaking" that, I/We carefully checked the (i) Bidder Quoted % in row "B"and (ii) Quoted Remittance in row "C" and found corrected and acceptable to me/us. I/We will not dispute these "Figures" submitted by me/us in the "Financial Bid".

2) In Column-B, bidder has to fill either % above or % below. Any deviation from this, bid will be treated as "Non-Responsive".

3) The entries relating to (i) Name of Bidder, (ii) Bidder's Quoted Percentage above/below the APC per day in SL(B), (iii) Name of Authorized Signatory and (iv) Designation/Title of Authorized Signatory are mandatory. Any blank, incomplete, incorrect or misleading entry in financial sheet shall render the bid liable to be treated as Non-responsive.

4) The Financial Bid shall be submitted online in Xls format provided by NHAI only. PDF/Scanned copies will not be accepted.

5) The amount quoted above shall be exclusive of the TCS. Any other Taxes & Service Charges etc., as applicable, shall be borne by the Bidder over and above the quoted amount.
