Note: Measurement boxes shall be used for measuring the quantities of cement, aggregate and water required for the given concrete mix.

Supplying and fixing in position M.S Ornamental grills for windows and ventilators or for veranda openings using M.S. Flats, square rods, angles sheets etc., of approved design including necessary cuttings, bending fabrication, welding, grinding and finishing smooth including painting the grills with Two coats with Synthetic enamel paint over a Primary coat (Red oxide metal primer) (total three coats) of approved make and colour including cost of making the holes into RCC or masonry works and making good the same wherever necessary, including cost and conveyance of all materials, incidental charges etc., complete.

Removing and relaying of of M40 grade high density cobble stone inter lock pavers of 80 mm thick for medium traffic areas conforming to IS 15658-2006 in all shapes and designs as per the specification,over sand bed of 20 mm to 40 mm (30 mm average ) thickness and compacting with vibrating plate compactor having 3 tonne compaction force there by forcing part of sand underneath to come up in between joints. final compaction of paver surface to be done after spreading and brushing the fine sand into joints to its final level. The work includes cost of all materials such as cobbel stone. inter lock pavers, sand etc., Labour and equipments such as cutting machine, lift, loading & unloading to work site clearing,bringing required for the successful completion of work as per drawings and Technical Specification Clause 1504 MORD and as directed during execution by the Engineer-in- charge of the work.

Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen emulsion (Rapid setting)(RS-1) at the rate of 0.20 kg per sq.m using emulsion pressure distributor, on the prepared bituminous / granular surface cleaned with mechanical broom and Air compressor 250 cfm etc., as per Technical specification No.503 MORTH directed by Engineer-in-charge during execution.

Providing and laying Dense graded bituminous macadam of specified compacted thickness using VG30 grade bitumen with Hot mix plant 100-120 TPH capacity using IRC size HBG crushed stone aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder and filler(cement OPC 43/53 grade) conforming to Table 500-9 & 500-10, transporting the hot mix to work site laying with a Mechanical paver finisher, to the required grade level and alignment rolling with smooth wheeled 8-10 tonne, vibratory 8-10 tonne and tandem 6-8 tonne rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per specification vide clause No.505 of MORTH (5th Revision) etc., complete in all respects and as directed by Engineer-in-charge during execution.

-do- with Grading-II 26.5mm (Nominal size) Layer thickness - 50 to 75mm with bitumen binder at 4.5% minumum by weight of total mix

Providing and laying Bituminous concrete of specified thickness by Hot mix plant 100-120 TPH capacity using bitumen of grade VG30, IRC size HBG crushed stone aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder and filler(Quarry rubbish) conforming to Table 500-17 & Table 500-9, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a mechanical paver finisher to the required grade, level and alignment rolling with smooth wheeled 8-10 tonne, vibratory 8-10 tonne and tandem 6-8 tonne rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per Specification vide Clause No.507 of MORTH (5th Revision) etc., complete in all respects and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge during execution.

-do- with Grading-II 13.2mm (Nominal size) Layer thickness - 30 to 40mm with bitumen binder at 5.4% minumum by weight of total mix

Providing and laying of Hot applied Thermoplastic Compound 2.5 mm thick including with Reflectorising Glass Beads @ 250gms per Sqm area, thickness of 2.5 mm is exclusive of surface applied Glass Beads as per IRC:35, including cost and conveyance of material, labour charges, hire charges of machinery, for finished item of work. The material should be of BERGER make (as per MORTH 803). The finished surface to be level, uniform and free from steaks and holes as per specification 803 MORTH. Note:1.A sealing primer may be applied in advance on cement concrete pavement to ensure proper bonding. Any laitance and/or curing compound to be removed where paint is required to be applied on concrete surface. 2. Cost of painter is already included in hire charges of road marking machine.

Hire charges for Providing portable closed Toilet Cabins (single user) (Indian/western) on hire basis including conveyance to site of work for fixing in position, giving necessary out let connections to the nearby manholes and maintaining necessary watch & ward and also removing the same after completion of the function duly restoring the site to good condition. The rate is inclusive of all taxes Excluding GST. *The relevant conditions of the foot note mentioned at the end of these items /chapter applies. For a period of 1 day.

Hire charges for supply, erection and removal of digital design flex boards with frame work made with of 25mm x 25mm MS square pipe (light weight)with required back support to erect boards at specified places as directed by the department. The cost inclusive of materials, labour for printing, erection and removal square pipe (light weight) after completion of the function.
