M & L for rendering 10 mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surface in cement mortar (1:4) as backing coat to receive wall tiles etc complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for colour glazed ceramic tiles in vertical surfaces 450x350x7mm 350x250x7 mm thick set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match complete all as specified and directed

M & L for PCC 1:2:4, Type B0 (using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate) 25 mm thick as in sunken floor using liquid integral WPC @ 200 ML/50Kg of cement (WPC shall be measured and paid separately.) complete all as specified and directed

M & L for 15 mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4 on stone work or other than fair faces of brick work or one side of lathing or concrete surfaces and finishing the surface fair and even complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparation of newly plastered or un-plastered surfaces of walls and applying three coats of white wash complete all as specified and directed.
