Providing Man Power Services for carrying out Shift Duties & Minor Maintenance Works at 33/11KV Sub-Station Hirepadasalagi in the jurisdiction of O&M Circle, HESCOM, Bagalkote on Contract Basis

The Bidder should possess valid Super Grade Electrical License OR Clas-1 Electrical License issued by the Government of Karnataka, The Agency shall comply with all the legal requirements of various labour Laws, Provident Fund Act, Workmen compensation Act, minimum Wages Act, ESI Act, with the respective Government/Central Government authorities and proof of such registration is required.Original/Self attested copies of the following to be uploaded.

The bidder must have experience in any one of the following Five preceding financial Years( i.e FY 2020-21,2021-22, 2022-23 ,2023-24&2024-25).(a).Engaged in construction of KPTCL/ESCOM Station as a turnkey contractor and should have completed at least one station successfully.(b).Engaged in construction of KPTCL/ESCOM Station as a labour contract and should have completed at least one station successfully.(c).Should have a minimum experience of One year in Shift duties in KPTCL or Three years in any ESCOMs.(d).Should have a experience of Maintenance of 11KV/LT line,DTCs in O&M Sub divisions for three years OR Major/Minor Breakdown/maintenance works carried out in sub stations.documentary proof shall be uploaded.

The bidder must not have been defaulted/Short closed in man power services against previous Work orders placed by KPTCL/ESCOMs/Public utilities as on the last date of submission. Self-declaration in this regard shall be uploaded in Annexure-1

The bidder should provide detailed information on any litigation or arbitration arising out of contracts completed or under execution with HESCOM/any ESCOMs. Self-declaration for the same shall be uploaded in Annexure-3

The bidder shall offer the full tendered quantity of man power. If the offered quantity is less than the tendered quantity such offers will be liable for rejection. Self-declaration in this regard shall be uploaded in Annexure-4

The bidder has to execute a consent letter for an agreement/ tripartite agreement to abide by the terms and conditions in force in a Non-judicial stamp paper of Rs. 500/- as per the bid format for a period of one year. Self-declaration for the same shall be uploaded in Annexure-5

The annual turnover in any one of preceding three financial years i.e 2021-22, 2022-23 & 2023-24 shall not be less than 50% of amount put to tender(i.e Rs.9.94Lakhs).Copies of audited balance sheets and profit & loss account for the above all the three Financial Years shall be uploaded. The Copies of Annual turnover certificate and audited balance sheet, profit and loss account duly mentioning the UDIN No and certified by Chartered Accountant. Documents without UDIN No. will be liable for rejection.

The bidder shall furnish the bank credit facility certificate, equal to 25% of the amount put to tender (i.e, Rs.4.97 Lakhs) from any Nationalized/ Scheduled public sector undertaking Banks. The bank credit certificate shall be issued in the name of Superintending Engineer (El), O&M Circle, HESCOM, Bagalkote, Karnataka state, of not older than 3 (Three) Months as on last date of submission of the bid. The said Credit Facility Certificate should possess the name of the firm and tender enquiry number.
