Demolition of Brickwork or stone/ boulder masonry, built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles complete all as specified and as directed.

LIGHTENING PROTECTION:- Taking down old aluminium strip 25 x 3.15 mm with porcelain insulators,saddles and fixing screws and refixing the same etc for roof conductor and down conductor above ground all as specified and directed.

M&L in repair aluminium strip 25 x 3.15mm with porcelain insulators,saddles and fixing screws etc for roof conductor and down conductor above ground all as specified and directed.

M&L in repair 32 x 6 mm GI strip with saddles and screws etc complete all as specified and directed burried in ground /wall all as specified and as directed.

M&L in repair air termination single pointed aluminium rod 12mm dia and 300mm long all as specifed and directed.

Taking down old GI strip 32 x 6 mm with saddles and screws and refixing same complete all as specified and directed burried in ground /wall all as specified and as directed.

M&L for test point terminal block made of gunmetal of size 75x75x25mm drilled and screened including all fixing arrangements with hexagonal headed screws all as specified. Note :-Rate shall be inclusive of taking down the old ones

Earthing complete with GI earth plate electrode 60cm x 60 cm x 6 mm buried directly in ground vertically to a depth not less than 2.25 mtr below normal ground level with top edge of earth plate at a depth not less than 1.5 mtr below normal ground level connected to and including GI strip 32 x 6 mm by means of bolts, nuts and check nuts and washers etc made of GI & connected to Earthing test point and earth dolly all as shown in elect plate No 5 of SSR Pt-I incl all necessary earth work, excavation, PCC chamber, chamber cover with handle (PCC 1:2:4) including 15 mm dia protection pipe & 20 mm dia watering pipe and wire mesh funnel etc all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Taking down old air Termination from existing position all as specified and as directed.

Taking down old Test point from existing position all as specified and as directed.

Taking down old U/s Earthing from existing position all as specified and as directed.
