Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5m wide and not exceeding 1.5m in depth for foundations, manholes, etc. or for laying cables/pipes, erecting poles, etc. not exceeding 10sqm on plan and getting out in soft / loose soil complete all as specified and as directed

Returning, filling in, including, spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm deep as in any type of soil complete all as specified and as directed

Removing excavated materials to a distance not exceeding 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5m above the starting point in any type of soil including spreading in low lying area and leveling complete all as specified and as directed

Excavating in post holes (or similar holes) each not exceeding 0.5cum, returning, filling in, getting out in soft / loose soil and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exceeding 25cm and removing surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50m complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for hard core of gauge not exceeding 63mm, deposited, spread and levelled in layers not exceeding 15cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface, using broken stone or boulders complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for plain cement concrete 1:4:8 (type D-2) using 40mm graded stone aggregates as in foundations, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for plain cement concrete 1:2:4 (type B-2) using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in sub-bases, filling, etc. complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for preparing of new steel / metal surfaces of any description over 10cm in width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer, tint as approved complete all as specified and as directed

S&F steel work in tubular trusses including special shaped washers, etc. using ERW or induction butt welded tubes conforming to IS-1161-1979 structural grade 240 complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for earthing using GI earthing wire 4mm dia with galvanised steel earth plate electode 600x600x6mm thick buried directly in ground, earth pit not less than 2.25m deep below ground level connection to and including GI wire of size 4mm extended to 7.5m as earth lead by means of GI bolts, nuts, etc. with provision of charcoal and salt all as per electrical plate No. 3 of SSR Part-I including water arrangement with GI pipe 20mm dia (medium grade), earth lead protection pipe 50mm madium grade with bends, elbow, etc. from earth plate to test point, excavation and earthwork in any type of soil, returning, filling, ramming and removing of soil to distance not exceeding 50m, make good to match with existing surface making PCC pit (earth chamber) having internal size 300x300x300mm and outer size 600x 600x600mm with RCC reinforced cover 50mm thick and testing on completion including making test points on wall as per SSR specifications complete all as specified and as directed Notes: (i) The cost of GI earth continuity wire with GI pipe 50mm medium grade upto 7.5m is deemed to be included (ii) The earth chamber to be constructed 0.5m from edge of earth pit with necessary watering arrangement.
