M & L for polishing in high gloss/matt finish melamine clear polish on wood work in required color/wooden shade texture with following process in the sequence as detailed below: - 1. The surface to be polished is rubbed with sand paper 80/120 no. and then with sand paper of 160/180 nos. 2. Applying two coats of sealer with spray gun and allowing sufficient drying time for 1st coat and 2nd coat is allowed to dry for 8 to 12 hrs. 3. On drying of sealer coat, wet rubbing with

emery cloth of finer grading with ample water to remove excess sealer layer and make the surface further smooth after this wet rubbing, then surface is applied with special grade melamine fillers to fill all the small and big holes/grooves etc. Filler coat to be allowed to dry for 4 to 6 hrs on which again a light wet rubbing is done this surface is further allowed to dry for 12 hrs. 4. On this, 1st coat of melamine polish is applied with spray gun using melamine clear polish and melamine thinner in required proportion. This 1st coat is allowed to dry for 24 hrs then this dry surface is again fine wet rubbed smooth, which is further allowed to dry for 12 hrs. The final melamine polish is applied with compressor pressure spray gun using melamine clear polish and melamine thinner mixed in required proportion complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. (Final coat to be done in 1 or 2 layers without gap of time.) s complete all as specified and directed. complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and Installation of Canadian maple wood sports flooring system for Squash court (Flooring specification are given below) complete all as specified and directed. SURFACE BOARD :Canadian Maple wood sports flooring finished with 21mm thick, 57 to 83mm wide and in random length in tongue and groove shape . The edges of the boards will have a finger lock groove and the bottom side with air pass groove treated with special anti-termite and water-resistant lacquer.

THE UNDER FRAME : Made of commercial quality Canadian Pine wood runner of 70mm x 45mm, treated with anti-termite solution and fixed on the bottom side with 10mm thick EPDM air cushioned pads, the two wings at 350mm x 350mm. INSTALLATION : IPS subfloor treated with a vapour barrier to be placed on the levelled IPS sub-floor before laying the under frame. The runners having air cushion pads to be placed on the vapour barrier in perfect level at 350mm in 1 direction. The surface board to be screwed to the runner through the tongue only and will lock the screwed tongue by the groove of adjoining board. Ends of the boards will be locked by inserting the wooden fingers through the edge grooves and fixed with suitable adhesive. An expansion of 8 to 10mm to be left open between the wooden flooring and the surrounding tiled area/walls. FINISHING: After installation the floor will be machine shaded in uniform level and finished with P.U polishing water based polyurethane lacquer. Game line marking to be carried out in required colours before applying the finish coat.

Supply & applying Squash court Bounce Wall Hard Plaster system as per international standard.( complete specification given below):- The system consists of a 10-12mm base coat with sand and cement provide by client at your cost and top coat of 5mm, which makes it a total thickness of 15-17mm. Due to extremely hard nature of plaster a slight uneven color distribution may be seen once the plaster has dried, this doesn't affect the strength or integrity of the plaster and must not be considered as defect.

M & L for providing and applying APEX Ultima paint in squash court wall painting color: WHITE in between RED game line marking as per site requirement complete all as specified.

Supply and application of sport flooring for court with hybrid water borne PU top coating which adorable required minimum maintenance all weather suitable/ ecofriendly protective against UV rays consist of following layers: M&L for grinding and repairing of court with micro concrete including 2x2 mtr grove cutting 1.5 deep and one layer fiber glass mesh.
