Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 metre wide and not exceeding 1.5 metre in depth and getting out in Hard/dense soil ,complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Returning and filling including spreading, leveling watering and well ramming in layers n.exc 25 cm thick complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Removing excavated soil to a distance n.exc. 50 m and depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.5m above the starting point, complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking up or down CI/GI pipe 100 mm dia and connections, complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and laying GI pipe medium grade in tranches including fittings such as bends, elbows, union, socket etc. of size 100mm dia and testing on completion, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. Make:- Tata/Jindal or equivalent as approved by AGE(I)

All as per serial item No. 05 here in above but in walls/ ceilings/floors,complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. Make:- Tata/Jindal or equivalent as approved by AGE(I).

Taking up or down CI/GI pipe 80 mm dia and connections, complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and laying GI pipe medium grade in tranches including fittings such as bends, elbows, union, socket etc. of size 80mm dia and testing on completion, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. Make:- Tata/Jindal or equivalent as approved by AGE(I).

All as per serial item No. 08 here-in-above but in walls/ceilings/floors.

Taking up or down steel tubing and connections of size 50mm dia GI pipe, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply and laying in tranches of the 50mm dia mild steel GI pipe medium grade including fittings such as bends, reducer, elbows, union etc. complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

All as per item No.11 here-in-above but in walls/ceilings/floors.

Taking up or down steel tubing and connections of size 40mm dia GI pipe, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Dismantling and taking out cast iron fittings of any type and size and removal from site, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for cast iron fittings ISI marked such as bends (any type, radius any angle) tapers any type (straight or bend), increasing, decreasing or double socket etc) Tee pieces single branch, double branch, cross (all sockets and socket and spigot) collars, caps and plugs tail piece size upto 150mm dia confirming to IS 1538/1993, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply and fixing in replacement gun-metal globe or gate valves, with iron wheel head, screwed both ends for iron pipe of size 50mm dia, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. Make:- Zoloto/L&T/Leader.

All as per item No. 32 here-in-above but in of size 80 mm dia.

Supply and fixing in replacement CI sluice valve of size 100mm dia confirming to IS-14846 PN-1.0 non raising type both ends flanged with SS spindle including jointing materials such as nuts, bolts washers and 3mm rubber gasket 02 Nos, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. Make:- Kirloskar/Upadhaya/L&T.

All as per item No. 34 here-in-above but 80mm dia.

Supply and fixing in replacement CI Air release valve (H-type) confirming to IS-14845 with double air outlet ball type having flanged end joints with SS spindle suitable size of 80mm dia including jointing materials such as 3mm rubber gasket 02 Nos, 10mm dia nut & bolts and washers, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. Make:- Kirloskar/Upadhaya/L&T.

Cutting of existing road/ floor/ plinth/ drain not exceed 1.5 mtr in width and not exceed 1.5 mtr in depth for taking out/laying of GI pipe line including necessary earth work excavation and making good to match with existing surface complete all as specified with PCC 1:3:6 type C1 by (using 20mm graded stone aggregate), complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for PCC 1:3:6 type CI (using 20mm graded stone aggregate), complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for brick work with sub class "B" bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius, built in CM 1:6 using old size brick, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for rendring 10mm thick on fair faces of bricks (inside of valve chamber) in CM 1:4 including finishing even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for mild steel sheet of 3.15mm thick with necessary welding including angle iron frame to be used as valve pit chamber cover with necessary arrangements including taking down the old MS Shetts, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.
