Excavation in trenches n.exc 1.5m wide and n.exc 1.5m in depth for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits,manholes, pier holes, etc. n.exc 10 sq m on plan and n exc 1.5 m in depth and getting out in any type of soil,complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item no-1 above but for depth exc 1.50 mtr but not exceeding 3.00 mtr complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition and breaking up drain pipes (SGSW, AC or RCC) set in cement mortar including removing demilished material exc 50 mtrs not exc 100mtrs,complete all as specified and directed of following bore pipes :-

(a) 100 mm bore

(b) 150 mm bore

(c) 200 mm bore

M&L salt glazed stoneware drain pipes Grade A (ISI marked) laid in trenches and jointed with collars with following sizes,complete all as specified and directed.

(a) 100 mm bore

(b) 150 mm bore

(c) 200 mm bore

M&L for PCC 1:4:8 type D2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) concrete bed to drain pipes incl packing under and haunching against the sides of pipe after they are laid & tested,complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of unreinforced cement concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for including ,removing demolished material from the premises of MoD land, complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling ,watering and well ramming in layers n.exc 25cm in any type of soil,complete all as specified & directed.

Removing the excavated surplus soils exceeding 50 mtr and depositings where directed at a level n.exc 1.5 mtr above the starting point,complete all as specified and directed.

M&L PCC (1:4:8) type D-2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) in foundation filling and mass concrete,complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brick work or stone/boulder masonary built in cement mortor including all quoins,arches,pillars etc including removing demilished material exc 50 mtrs not exc 100mtrs,complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for brick work built in CM 1:6 with sub class 'B' bricks straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius,complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for PCC 1:2:4, type B0 (using 12.5 mm graded stone aggrgate) as in coping complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick walls of any description including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc including removing demoilished material exc 50 mtrs not exc 100mtrs,complete all as specified and directed.

M&L rendering 15 mm on brick/concrete surfaces fair faces in CM (1:4) finished surfaces even and smooth using extra cement and mixed with intergral water proofing compound (WPC),complete all as specified & directed . Note:- (i) WPC shall be measured and paid separately under supply only under Sch 'A' item no-16 below. (ii) The WPC shall be mixed as per manufacturer's instruction.

M&L PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in surface channels and drains,complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only intergral water proofing compound,complete all as specified & directed.

Demolition reinforced cement concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specially provided for ,in Manhole covers, roof slab of soak well and septic tank etc,including removing demilished material from the premises of MoD land, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F factory made, 70mm thick precast steel fibre reinforced concrete (SFRC) of any shape and size, manhole / drain cover (medium duty) provided with handle, incl 8mm dia MS TMT bar @ 150mm c/c in both ways and 0.8mm thick MS sheet frame epoxy painted provided to manhole /drain cover to prevent from chipping pf edges complete all as specified and directed.

Use & waste of form work to soffits of suspended slabs , such as roof slabs, floor slabs , landing and similar work; not exceeding 20 mm thick (Horizontal or sloping) flat rough finished surfaces of concrete,complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for providing reinforcement cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 (using 20 mm graded aggregate) as in slabs, supported on walls, beams, columns in roofs, landings, balconies shelves and the like,complete all as specified and directed.

M&L TMT bars 10 mm dia and over, cut to lengh, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.90 mm dia for securing with clips,complete all as specified and directed.

Cutting into existing manholes for connecting new drains, making good to pipe and rendering & reforming benching as required removing existing branch drain, making good to walling and rendering, cutting out branch channel, and making good benchingscomplete all as specified and directed of following bore pipes :-

(a) 100 mm bore (internal diameter)

(b) 150 mm bore (internal diameter)

(c) 200 mm bore (internal diameter)

Cleaning and rodding the blocked sewage line either by mechanical means using hydraulic operated high pressure suction cum jetting sewer cleaning machine including provision of water for jetting and removal of sludge/slit/liquid/mud and sand (in foul position) etc or manual of any size to any depth till the smooth flow of sewage line and washing down complete sewage line with water and removing and refixing manhole covers and rodding complete all as specified & direced. Note:-The cleaning of pipe line of a location shall be measured & paid for one time only to the contractor during the entire completion period of the contract and the the contractor shall be responsible for cleaning the pipe line & making it functional during entire complition of contract.

Desludging and dewatering of existing septic tank, soak wells of any description and depth including removing and refixing of sewer appurtenance required for safe disposal of sludge sullage and foreign materilas by mechanical means using hydraulic operated high pressure suction cum jetting sewer cleaning machine having jetting tank capacity of minimum 5000Ltr and suction tank capacity of 300ltrs including skilled driver and operator and supervising Engineer including provision of water for jetting and removal of sludge/slit/liquid/mud and sand (in foul position) etc outside the MoD land/ premises at any distance and it should be disposed off at such place which is not determinated to public health including loading, unloading, digging out pit of any size in any type of soil, burring sludge/silt/spoil/mud etc. into the pit and spreying bleaching powder over the entire surface complete all as specified & direced.

Surface dressing n.exc 15cm deep including cleaning away grass vegetation saplings shrubs, bush wood, under growth roots and trees not exc 30cm girth including disposal of spoils, in soft /loose soil, complete all as specified and directed.

Cleaning of manholes any size and depth including desludging and dewatering including removing and refixing of sewer appurtenance by mechanical means using hydraulic operated high pressure suction cum jetting sewer cleaning machine having jetting tank capacity of minimum 5000 Ltr and suction tank capacity of 300 ltrs including skilled driver and operator and supervising Engineer including provision of water for jetting and removal of sludge/slit/liquid/mud and sand (in foul position) etc, removing to a distance exceeding 100 meter but not exc. 250 metre and depositing in ditches including necessary excavation and earth work in soft/loose soil for making ditches after the sludge are deposited spreading and levelling of excavated soil in the ditches over the sludge and removing surplus soil to a distance exc 50 mtr and sprinkling bleaching powder (including supply of bleaching powder) over the area of ditches with one metre around, complete all as specified and directed.

Day to Day maintenace and petty repair of sewage line (complaints pertaining to safaiwala i.e cleaning blockage of WC, traps, soil and waste water pipe fixed on wall or laid in trenches up to Ist man hole) by atteding daily complaints lodged by the users through IVRS/mobile/SMS or email and manual registering of complaints at B/R complent cell on all working days ( Except Sundays, National Holidays and closed Holidays) by deploying safaiwala and associated T&P ,complete all as specified. Note :- (a) The complaint given against this item shall be attended on the same day otherwise penalty @ 700/- per day will be imposed. (b) Record of complaint will be maitained by by Engr-in-Charge by recording each complaint on standard job card and the completion of each complaint will be obtained from occupant on the same job card. (c) Each job card will be treated as one unit and payment will be made accordigly.

S&F in repair Vitreous china squatting pan,' Orissa' pattern, size 580x440mm white with integral foot rests including connection to trap, and to flushing pipe, anti-syphonage pipe, complete including making good to floor,complete all as specified & directed.

S&F in repair viterious china wash down water closet pan and trap (pedestal pattern )white including connection to drain (outgoing pipe) and flushing pipe antisyphonic pipe including PVC sheet cover coloured, closed pattern with flat bottom and cover fixed with mild steel chromium plated or anodised aluminium hanging device excluding flushing cistern and flush pipe,complete all as specified & directed.

S&F in repairs PVC valveless, syphonic action type flushing cistern (Dual system ISI marked), low level , white, with inlet ball valve, float and handle including brackets and flush pipe of polyethylene of low or high density or PVC 32 mm dia for low level cistern for 10 litres capacity complete all as specified & directed.

Dismantling floor hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing and rubbish off the premises from MoD land complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Non- skid light coloured ceramic tiles of any design and pattern, 300X300X7 to 8mm thick, in floor etc incl 15mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6, Set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of the tiles incl dismantling tiles. Tiles shall be confirming to IS-15622.2006, Group B II with average water absorption between 3% to 6%. Length, width and straightness of sides + 0.10% (Max deviation). Thickness + 5.0% (Max deviation). Centre & Edge curvature and warpage + 0.50% (Max deviation). Breaking strength 1000 N (Minimum) and minimum 95% tiles shall be free from visible defects complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Shade of the tiles including Colour, design and pattern shall be approved by AGE(I)

Dismantling of cast iron /PVC/RCC drain pipe up to 100mm dia , jointed in cement mortar and taking out of trenches complete all as specified and directed.
