Supplying and replacing the existing 150 watt sodium vapour lamp fitting with 70/72 W LED street light fitting, epoxy powder coated pressure die-cast aluminium housing with heat resistant toughened clear glass fixed with SS screws and weather proof gasket (IP 66) for LEDs and control gear compartments. LED specification make- CREE LED/Equivalent ,colour temp-5700K ± 300K, Lens make- Led link/equivalent, Lm / watt = 120 or Higher, THD < 20%, Driver with protection against over voltage & short circuit, surge protection atleast 4 kV. input AC voltage range 140-310V AC, side entry mounting for 45 to 65 mm OD bracket, maintenance access to driver from the top, The LED Luminaire should be type tested and approved by NITC before commissioning, etc as required .(Philips BRP062 LED 84 CW SLC S1 PSU / Equivalent)

Charges for painting & finishing the existing stepped tubular street light pole ( 7 mtr height ) with epoxy paint ( two or more coats ) including appropriate priming coat, after cleaning the surface firmly using cleaning materials etc, as required.

Supplying and fixing 210 x 155 x 92 mm or nearest size water proof rigid polycarbonate loop in loop out weather proof box (IP 67) with detachable front cover, including supply & fixing 1 No 6 A SP MCB and 4 way busbar connector with base insulator, fixing on the pole using suitable size metal clamps and giving connections etc, as required.

Charges for dismantling the existing plinth of the street light pole and providing new with cement concrete of 1:2:4 of size 40 x 40 x 40 cm above ground level including 32/40 mm medium class PVC conduit for in and out cables, plastering and painting the plinth with two coats of white cement etc, as required.

Excavation of trench near the plinth of street light pole for getting the existing cable and refilling the trenches with existing materials available after laying the cable, including minor civil works etc as required.

Supplying of one number 2 x 6 sq mm Aluminium condutor XLPE insulated PVC sheathed power cable of 1.1 kV grade etc. as required.

Supplying of one number 2 x 16 sq mm Aluminium conductor XLPE insulated PVC sheathed power cable of 1.1 kV grade etc as required.

Laying of one number XLPE insulated PVC sheathed armoured power cable of 1.1 kV grade of size 2 x 6 / 2 x 16 sq mm size direct in ground including excavation, sand cushioning, protective covering and refilling the trench etc as required.

Supply and providing Heat shrinkable cable jointing kit for 2x6 / 2x16 sq.mm size XLPE insulated PVC sheathed armoured power cable as required.

Supply and replacing the existing 3 core cable to the luminaire with 2.5 sq.mm PVC insulated and PVC sheathed 3 core round flexible copper wire and giving connections etc, as required.

Supply and laying of one number of 12 SWG good quality bare copper wire for loop earthing along with existing XLPE insulated aluminium cable as required.

Supply and making end termination with brass compression gland and aluminium lugs for 2 x 6 sq mm XLPE insulated and PVC sheathed aluminium conductor cable of 1.1 kV grade as required.

Supply and making end termination with brass compression gland and aluminium lugs for 2 x 16 sq mm XLPE insulated and PVC sheathed aluminium conductor cable of 1.1 kV grade as required.

Numbering / Marking the poles using black paint firmly etc as required.
