M&L cleaning of Moving Bed Bio Reactor (MBBR) tank of storage capacity up to 200 KLD and with complete inlet and outlet MS pipe line connection for tank through proper opening of nut bolt and washers inlet, outlet and drain out MS pipe line all drain throughout by removing mud grits for the tank and washing and cleaning choked mud particals inside the MS pipe line and Tank with cleaning of MBBR media, tube duct media inside the tank by using of sodium hydroxide with brush and water pressure etc from tank complete all as required at site and and reassemble complete inlet outlet and drain out connection with nut, bolt and washer and proper connection complete testing of the plant all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge by following method :- (a) Cleaning inner surface of tank complete by scraping with steel wire brush and removing mud and sludge collected inside the tank manually at a distance not excedding 50 mtr all as directed by engr in charge (b) Washing with clean water and bleaching powder mixturre throughly complete tank internally and removel of left sludge if any at site at a distance not exceeding 50 mtr as directed by Engr in Charge Note:- Requirment for new MBBR media and Tube duct media in replacement of broken/ reduce qty in tank will be measured and paid separately.

M & L cleaning of Tube setler Tank -01 Nos,for STP plant (capacity 200 KLD with complete inlet and outlet MS pipe line connection for tank through proper openeing of nut bolt and washers inlet, outlet and drain out MS pipe line for the tank and washing and cleaning choked mug perticals inside the MS pipe line and Tank with cleaning of MBBR media, tube duct media inside the tank by using of sodium hydroxide with brush and water pressure and reassemble complete inlet outlet and drain out connection with nut, bolt and washer and refilling of Cleaned MBBR media and Tube duct media inside the tank and proper connection complete testing of the plant all as specified and directed.

M & L cleaning of Filter Feed Tank -01 Nos for STP plant capacity 200 KLD with complete inlet and outlet MS pipe line connection for tank through proper openeing of nut bolt and washers inlet, outlet and drain out MS pipe line for the tank and washing and cleaning choked mud perticals inside the MS pipe line and Tank with cleaning of MBBR media, tube duct media inside the tank by using of sodium hydroxide with brush and water pressure and reassemble complete inlet outlet and drain out connection with nut, bolt and washer and refilling of Cleaned MBBR media and Tube duct media inside the tank and proper connection complete testing of the plant all as specified and directed.

M & L cleaning of collection cum equalization tank /treated water Tanks -01 No for each STP plant (capacity 200 KLD MAP) with complete inlet and outlet MS pipe line connection for tank through proper openeing of nut bolt and washers inlet, outlet and drain out MS pipe line for the tank and washing and cleaning choked mug perticals inside the MS pipe line and Tank with cleaning of MBBR media, tube duct media inside the tank by using of sodium hydroxide with brush and water pressure and reassemble complete inlet outlet and drain out connection with nut, bolt and washer and refilling of Cleaned MBBR media and Tube duct media inside the tank and proper connection complete testing of the plant all as specified and directed.

M&L cleaning of sludge Drying Beds by removing mud, grits etc from beds complete all as required at site and dirtected by the Engineer in charge by the follwing method :- (a) Cleaning inner suface of bed complete by removing mud and sludge collected inside the bed manuallly at a distance not exceeding 50 mtr all as directed by Engr in charge. (b) Washing with clean water and bleaching powder mixture throughly complete bed internally and removel of left out sludge if any at site at a distance not exceeding 50 mtr complete all as specified and directed.

All as per the description of serial item above 5 here in before but cleaning of treated water tank with chemical contact tank of size up to capacity 200 KLD complete all as specified and directed.

M&L cleaning of bar screen chamber and remove all all objects such as rags and plastic from watse water complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for comprehensive maintenance of the pumps sets and motors of Air blower Motor-02 Nos, Booster Pump -02 Nos Chemeical dosing pump-02 Nos of capacity 2 to 7.5 HP consisting of comprehensive repairs/maintaining/over hauling with routine maintenance and testing of sewage pump sets in wet type installation, lifting pump set from position, inspection/diagnosing the defects, repairs/replacement of motor starter, motor rewinding, etc and all connected repairs and accessories complete and keeping sewage pump in serviceable state. Maintenance will be carried out as per original manufactures’ maintenance manual. Schedule and all as specified and directed.

Cutting of existing 50 to 80 mm bore cast iron pipe in position to required length for repairs of blockage or insert new GI/MS fitting such as collers, branches,tee etc or pipe complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Excavation and earth work,fittings,pipe etc shall be measured and paid saperately.

Supply and laying of CPVC pipes SDR 11 & Plain CPVC SDR 11 fittings in trenches complete all as specified. of size 25 mm with all fittings , laid in ground / on wall /pillars complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying of CPVC pipes SDR 11 & Plain CPVC SDR 11 fittings in trenches complete all as specified. of size 32 mm with all fittings , laid in ground / on wall /pillars complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying of CPVC pipes SDR 11 & Plain CPVC SDR 11 fittings in trenches complete all as specified. of size 40 mm with all fittings , laid in ground / on wall /pillars complete all as specified and directed.

M&L painting on GI/CI/DI /MS pipe lines of any size in pump house area complete with two coats of synthetic enamel paint after preparation of surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix automatic Star delta starter for 12.5 HP motor with overload relay of range 10-16 Amps , power contractors ML-1 and suitable capacity timer range , single phase preventer including taking down old un-serviceable star delta starter complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in replacement V Belt F-56 all as per existing as specified and directed

Supply and pouring compressore oil in air blower incliuding taking down old oil complete all as directed by engineer in charge

Supply and fixing in replacement of diffuser suitable for 200KLD STP as per site requirement complete all as directed by engineer in charge

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5m wide and not exceeding 1.5m in deep for foundation, taking up/down or laying of GI tubing/CI pipe etc or for shaft, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes etc not exceeding 10 sqm on plan and getting out in hard dense soil complete all as specified & directed.

Returning, filling in, including, spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick in any type of soil complete all as specified & directed.

Removing excavated soil to a distance not exceeding 50 m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified & directed.

M&L repairing to submersible pump set of capacity 12.5 HP incl taking out from foundation bed, removing electric connection etc and transport to wksp for re-winding of motor with super enameled insulated copper winding wire as per existing gauge and replacement of thrust bearing, impeller, MS bush, nut & bolts as required for pump set including oiling, greasing and re-installing pump & motor set and testing at site, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L repairing to monoblock pump set of capacity 5 HP incl taking out from foundation bed, removing electric connection etc and transport to wksp for re-winding of motor with super enameled insulated copper winding wire as per existing gauge and replacement of thrust bearing, MS bush, nut & bolts as required for pump set including oiling, greasing and gland packing and re-installing pump & motor set and testing at site, complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in replacement bearing of best quality suitable for 5HP motor and pump as per site including taking out old un-serviceable one complete all as specified and directed

S&F in replacement 50 mm union for GI pipe including taking out old un-serviceable one complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparation of old painted Outer surfaces of the MBBR Tank -02 Nos, Tube setler Tank -01 No, Filter Feed tank- 01 No, Dual media filter Tank -01 , Activated media filter - 01 No and complet MS pipe line inlet and outlet connection for STP plant for cleaning rusted, oilly and greasy spots using CRC & brush, material and labour for one coat primer and two coat of synthetic enamel paint using spray machine color of paint and two coat of white wash for Outer surface of RCC main sewage storage tank-01 no and Treated water tank-01 No with proper cleaninng of wall surface before piniting of white wash complete all as specified and directed.

Carrying sample for testing of treated water of STP and submission of detailed test report to the office of the Engr in charge and testing in NABL approved laboratory as approved by GE (a) carrying out miniumum essential testing of water as per IS 10500-1991 mandatory for chemical odour PH values TSS , BOD, COD residual chlorine total nitrogen , sulphate oil and grease ammonical nitrogen (NH2N) and Bacteriological total collifrom organisms per 100 MI (MPN) and E colilie in 100 ml. Note rate quoted shall deemed to be included for (i) cost of sterlised bottle as required (ii) To and transportation charges for collection of sample iii) Testing to be done as and when directed.

M&L for dismantling disconnecting the Air blower twin lobe postive displacement type of pressure up to 0.8 Kg/cm2 and capacity up to 800 cum/hr including diconnecting from chanel frame and electical panel for repair of gear box, replacement of ball bearing , roller bearing ,piston ring,oil seal, suction air filter , pressure ring etc and refitting of gear box after oiling greasing, alingment of pump set and refixing assembling testing to make it functional complete including cleaning of all dirt, dust etc all as specified and directed including transportation to workshop for repair.

M& L for cleaning of Pressure sand filter and removing filter media claening , drying and refixing as before with top up of filter media if required all specified and directed.

M& L cleaning of DMF and removing filter media claening , dryiing and refixing as before with top up of filter media if required all specified and directed.

M& L cleaning of Activated carbon filter and removing filter media claening , dryiing and refixing as before with top up of filter media if required all specified and directed.

M&L for cleaning and desilting the sewage well of capacity dewatering the complete well removing all the deposited sludge soil and other material from the well including baling /pumping out muddy water from the well by manually or by providing suitable pump sets from bottom level of well scraping out the scales deposite from inner surface of the well scraping out thr scale deposits from inner surface of the well throughly washing with bleaching powder and soda ash cleaning bailing out settled materials completly by and means and removing sludge to a distance up to 3km out side of defence land limit and dispose off in low laying area including deawatering as required Note :- (1) Contractor is to arrange own diesel pump T&P etc for cleaning purpose and minor spares and consumable like small screws washers cleaning agents consuambles etc is deemed to be include all safety precaution to be taken while working in lift well (ii) The accumulated deposited sludge after drying shall be dispossed off out side the defence land to a distance exceeding 1.5 KM and not exceeding 5 KM form the lift well cost of which shall be deemed to inclusive in the quoted rate and nothing extra shall be paid onn this account (iii) Before commencement of work necessary arrngement for disposal of sewage sludge be made and work to be carried out in fast pace be depoloying more man power at lift well in order to complete the work at the earliest.
