Supply installation, testing and commissioning of double door outdoor type feeder Panels, fabricated out of heavy Gauge CRCA sheet steel in cubicle compartmentised modular construction complete with supporting rigid structure, interconnections, aluminium bus bar strip with heat strinkable colour coded current density of bus bar 0.8 A per sqmm. Degree of protection IP 65, earthing hinged doors with 2.5 sqmm tinned braded copper wire, plinth mounted type with removable Gland Plates bottom of the panel, all mounting plates shall be GI sheets. Panels shall be treated with all anticorrosive process before powder coating as per specifications and final approved shade. Galvanised hardwares with zinc passivation shall be used in fabrication of panels 2 Nos. earthing terminals shall be provided for all distribution panels. Panel drawing should be approved from Executive Engineer (Electrical) before manufacturing of the panels. Masonary works for panel plinth has to be completed before installation of the panel. Plinth cost is included in this rate. Panels shall be suitable for 415 V, 3 Phase, 4 Wire, 50Hz supply system along with the following acessories.

Digital VAF meter including supply and fixing of compatible rating CT to be fixed with main incomer feeder.-- 01 set

Providing and fixing 63 to 100 Amp, 25 KA, 4-pole rating MCCB with thermal magnetic protection unit having adjustable Overload & short circuit protection in existing cubicle panel board including drilling holes in cubicle panel, making connections, etc. as required.

Providing and fixing 160 Amp, 36 KA, 4-pole rating MCCB with thermal magnetic protection unit having adjustable Overload & short circuit protection in existing cubicle panel board including drilling holes in cubicle panel, making connections, etc. as required.

Supply & fixing of rotary handle for 63 amps to 160 amps rating vary depth type MCCB including connections etc as per requirement.

Supply & fixing of spreader link for 63 amps to 160 amps 4-pole rating MCCB including connections etc as per requirement.

Dismantling of existing panel after disconnecting the cables from each feeder , shifting the old panel to estate office and arranging temporary power restoration to each feeder including connections etc. as per requirement.

Supplying and making end termination with brass compression gland and aluminium lugs for following size of PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE aluminium conductor cable of 1.1 KV grade as required.

Dismantling of cable including excavation and removal of the power cable from trench as per requirement.

Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV grade of following size direct in ground including excavation, sand cushioning, protective covering (Red brick/tile block) and refilling the trench etc as required.

Earthing with G.I. earth pipe 3.0 metre long, 50 mm dia including accessories, and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe etc. with Bentonite powder as required.

Supplying and laying 50 mm X 6 mm G.I strip at 0.50 metre below ground as strip earth electrode, including connection/ terminating with G.I. nut, bolt, spring, washer etc. as required. (Jointing shall be done by overlapping and with 2 sets of G.I. nut bolt & spring washer spaced at 50mm)
