S&F health faucet (ABS body) mild steel chromium plated suitable for 15 mm dia pipe with 1.25 m long flexible tube and ABS wall hook including making connections and fixed in position complete all specified and directed.

S&f 15 mm dia brass chromium plated central hole wash basin mixture fancy type with or without lettered hot or cold with long screwed shanks and fly nut capstan head screwed for 15 mm bore pipe complete all specified and directed.

S&F Brass Chromium Plated Angle Valve, fancy type screwed for iron pipe suitable for 15 mm bore pipes complete all specified and directed.

S&F for 32 mm dia low density polythylene pipe (LDPE) of pressure rating 6 Kg/sqmm complete all specified and directed.

M & L for point wiring using 1.50 sqmm size, PVC insulated, unsheathed 1100 volts grade, IS-694 single core multi-stranded (FRLS-H) copper conductor cable in proper colour coding drawn into and including non metallic rigid PVC conduit medium grade (not less than 20 mm dia) with and including its all necessary fittings and accessories fixed concealed, sunk cast iron or 1.6 mm thick pressed modular steel terminal box for mounting fittings i.e, modular switch / sockets incl cover plate with frame including one continuous run of PVC insulated (green colour) 1.50 sqmm size stranded FRLS-H copper conductor cable as in earth wire and connecting all metal parts to common earth dolly incl cutting and chases pinning in for concealed conduit wiring and making good of disturbed surface complete all as specified and directed for the following: -

Note: (i) Blank (ii) All items used should be ISI marked. (iii) Cutting chases for concealed type point wiring including making good the same with plaster/putty is deemed to be included in quoted rate by the contractor. (iv) Accessories modular metal boxes, cover plate inner & outer is also deemed to be included in quoted rate.

(a) One light point point /bell buzzer/ ceiling fan/Exhaust fan point controlled by one-one way switch.

(b) One three pin 5 Amp socket on same board with other switches.

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of Water Heater Storage Type five star rating, electric suitable for single phase ,50HZ, AC supply, stainless steel inner assembly, 2 KW heating element, Twin thermostat for water temperature and safety thermostat stove enamel outer body including minimum 1M of three core 2.5 sq mm twisted copper conductor cable PVC sheathed, three pin plug top, polyethylene pipe connection piece 450mm long of 6Kg/sq,CM with two sets of chromium plated adopter at each end suitable for 15mm bore GI pipe at cold water inlet and copper tubing connection with chromium plated adopter at ends, at hot water outlet, with safety fusible plug confirming to relevant IS of 25 ltrs capacity.

M&L for flameproof point wiring with 1.5 Sqmm (nominal area) two single core PVC insulated unsheathed multi stranded copper conductor cable 1100 volts grade, FRLS-H grade in and including medium duty concealed/ surface STEEL conduit 20 mm dia or higher and conduit fittings and all accessories with suitable size of sunk type cast iron or pressed steel terminal box 1.2mm thick, duly painted for mounting of switches, sockets, fan regulator etc ,

including continuous earth wire PVC insulated, unsheathed, multi stranded copper conductor cable 1.5 sqmm (nominal area) FRLS-H grade, green colour, up to common earth and connected to earth dolly compete all as specified and directed by Eng.-in-charge of the following. (Note: Colour code shall be maintained as per IE rule)

(a) One light point point /bell buzze/ ceiling fan/Exhaust fan point controlled by one-one way switch.

(b) All as per item No-1 above but one 3 pin socket outlet 15 Amp independent, with cable 2.5 Sq mm size, with earth continuity conductor of size 2.5 Sq mm.

S&F flameproof DB SPN, 240 volt with 200 amps rated copper bus bar for double door 4 way IP-66, IK-09 with one MCB SPN 20 Amps as incoming and 02 Nos MCB SP 06-10 Amps as out going, mounting flush on wall and making good disturbed surfaces complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge .
