Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with -3 wheeled steel /vibratory roller 8-10 Tonnes in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and booming requisite type of screening/ binding materials to fill- up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density as per MORTH specification clause 404 by manual means WBM Grading -III within all leads and lift including carriage of material in all respect and as per direction and entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion (Medium setting) on prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface and spraying primer @ 0.70- 1.00 Kg. (Zero point seventy - One point zero Kilogramme ) per square metre using mechanical means as per MORTH specification clause 502 within all leads and lift including carriage of material in all respect and as per direction and entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen emulsion (Medium setting) using emulsion pressure distributor @ 0.25 to 0.30 kg. (Zero point twenty five to zero point thirty kilogram ) per square metre on the prepared bituminous / granular surface cleaned with mechanical brooms as per MORTH technical specification clause 503 within all leads and lift including carriage of material in all respect and as per direction and entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying 30mm(Thirty millimetre) thick bituminous concrete with 100-120 TPH batch type hour mix plant producing an average output of 75(Seventy five) tonnes per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading-II 13mm(Thirteen millimetre ) nominal size premixed with bituminous (VG-10) @ 5.4(Five point four) to 5.6 (Five point six ) percent of weight mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandeom rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MORTH specification clause No. 509 complete including profile correction layer and patching of pot holes in all respect within all leads and lift including carriage of material in all respect and as per direction and entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.

Construction of hill side drain in PCC grade M-10 in 1:3:6 (One cement : three sand: six graded/ crushed stone aggregate 20mm(Twenty millimetre) nominal size accordance with requirement of specification true to line and grades. Dimension and other particulars as per drawing and technical specification within all leads and lift including carriage of material in all respect and as per direction and entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.
