M&L for treatment to sunken portion (including necessary dismantling of tiles and PCC along with required PCC at site of mix 1:2:4 type B1 using 20mm graded aggregate of required thickness) with 10mm thck plaster in CM 1:4 with WPC Liquid complast 421 and applying one coat each of Nitroproof 100 and Nitroproof 120 on plastered surface. Rendering again 10 thick plaster in CM 1:4 mixed with complas 421 in sunken portion of WC and CI pipe joint shall be filled including filling of lean concrete 1:5:10 even using 20mm graded aggregate complete all as specified and directed.
