Scarifying or picking gravelled, macadam or bituminious macadam surfaces in area n.exc 400 Sqm and depth exc 50mm and n.exc 100mm deep complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge

Preparing unsurfaced water bound macadam surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc., sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc. and applying evenly a priming/tack coat with bituminous primer (Grade VG-10) using paving bitumen @ 10 Kg/10 Sqm surfaces complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge

Premixed bituminious macadam with 4% of binder content by weight of total mix using paving bitumen VG-10 laid with self propelling mechanical paver, rolled & compacted with roller 8 to 10 ton to required gradient and cabmer ( consolidated thickness upto maximum 75 mm) to make good the cut edges of roads etc, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for repairs to pot holes any depth, n.exc 1 sqm each including sweeping free from dust and mud, or water , scoring sunken surfaces in roads, paths, etc. cutting around edges to at least 25 mm in depth, making good by applying tack coat 5 Kg/10 Sqm putting in premixed in bituminous macadam well rammed and sealed with binders 9.80 Kg/10 Sqm binded with 0.09 cum of stone chippings 6.3 mm size and again well ramming (including supply of premixed macadam binder and chippings) depth of pot holes exc 30 mm using paving bitumen complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge

Preparing black top surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc. sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc. complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge

Applying evenly a priming/tack coat with cationic bitumen emulsion RS-1 @ 3.0Kg/10sqm complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge

M&L for 40 mm consolidated thickness Bituminous Premixed dense ashphaltic concrete using paving bitumen (VG-10) with 6% binder content by weight of total mix, spread by means of self propelled mechanical spreader/paver, rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient complete by using mechanical power roller 8 to 12 tonne capacity complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- As a result of job mix formula, if quantity of binder content works out to be more than 6% than no extra payment shall be made to the contractor and in case its quantity works out be less than 6% than minimum binder content of 6% given herein above shall be provided.

Applying thermoplastic paint marking 2.5mm thick centerline ,stop line,dashes,arrows etc and n exc 10cm wide on roads pavments with hot applied thermo plastic road marking paint of approved colour confirming to BS 3262-1989 with special applicater machine all as per manufacturers instruction of any colour on road surface including cleaning with gunny bags removing all loose dirt/dust complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Demolition of Cement Concrete (unreinforced) in ground floor and paving n.exc 15cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge

PCC 1:3:6 type C2 ( using 20 mm grade aggregate) 75 mm thick as in paving complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge

Machine pressed precast conctete interlocking paver block any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 60 mm thickness, M-35 Grade fixed with gray cement and pigment complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge

Sand filling under floors or in foundation including watering and consolidation all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge

Providing and laying at or near ground level factory made kerb stone of M-25 grade cement concrete in position to the reqd line, level and curvature,jointed and pointed with cement mortar 1:3 including making joints with or without grooves (thickness of joints except at sharp curve shall not to more than 5mm) including making drainage opening wherever required complete all as specified and direction of Engr in charge
