M&L for preparation of old decorated surfaces of wall by removing existing putty/distemper till plaster level and applying two coat of Sureseal by Dr Fixit or equivalent and subsequent application of 2 Coat of Oil Emulsion Distemper over a coat of 2 mm Acrylic/WaterProofing Wall Putty (each Coat not less than 2mm) complete all as specified and directed. Note-1. Apply first coat of Sureseal by Dr Fixit (no dilution) & allow it to dry for 6-8 hrs. 2. Apply 2nd Coat of Sureseal by Dr Fixit (no dilution) perpendicular to first coat and allow it to dry for 6-8 hrs. 3. The work of Sureseal treatment shall be got executed through expert team of manufacturers or authorised applicator of manufacturer and quantity of Sureseal will be dedided by expert team as per site requirement. 4. Putty and Oil Emulsion Distemper Shall be measured and Paid Seperately under Relevent item.

Note-1.Apply first coat of RainCoat Neo and allow it to dry for 6-8 hrs. 2.Apply 2nd Coat of RainCoat Neo perpendicular to first coat & allow it to dry for 6-8 hrs. 3.The work of RainCoat Neo treatment shall be got executed through expert team of manufacturers or authorised applicator of manufacturer and quantity of Raincoat Neo will be dedided by expert team as per site requirement. 4.Shade/Colour/Texture of Raincoat Neo will be decided By Engr in Charge 5. Putty Shall be measured and Paid Seperately under Relevent item.

Taking down cement plaster of any description including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc and removing unserviceable material,outside cantt area distance not exceeding 1.5 KM complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick in two layers of 10+5mm in CM 1:6 on brick or concrete surfaces of ceiling/wall mixed with Pidi proof 101 LW(+) or Dr fixit or equivalent intergral water proofing admixture:- @ 200ml/bag over two coats of super latex 302 of Dr fixit or equivalent in the ratio (1:4:7) (One part super latex, 4 part water and 7 parts of cement) @ 1.50 Kg of homogenious mixture/sqm in two coats and finish the surface even and smooth (without using extra cement) for internal walls complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick in two layers of 10+5mm in CM 1:4 on brick or concrete surfaces of wall mixed with Pidi proof 101 LW(+) or Dr fixit or equivalent intergral water proofing admixture:- @ 200ml/bag over two coats of super latex 302 of Dr fixit or equivalent in the ratio (1:4:7) (One part super latex, 4 part water and 7 parts of cement) @ 1.50 Kg of homogenious mixture/sqm in two coats and finish the surface even and smooth (without using extra cement) for external walls complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for applying two coat of Acrylic Smooth exterior paint of required shade (@ 1.67 ltr/10 sqm) over over a coat of primer(@ 2.20 kg/10 sqm) same make base over 2 coat of Acrylic/WaterProofing Wall Putty all as specified and directed. Note:- Putty shall be measured and paid seperately under relevant item.

M & L for applying two coats of 1st Quality oil emulsion distember over a coat of primer over 2 coat of Acrylic/WaterProofing Wall Putty on walls/ceiling complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Putty shall be measured and paid seperately under relevant item.

M&L for 2mm thick Acrylic/WaterProofing Wall Putty in two coats (each coat not less than 1mm) and surface finished even and smooth with sand paper complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brickwork or stone boulder masonry built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Brickwork with sub class ‘B’ (old size) bricks, straight or curved on plan exceeding 6 metre mean radius built in cement sand mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of Stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for chequered cement concrete tiles with grey cement and pigment of size 30cmX30cmX30mm thick ,set and jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floor etc over and including 15mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete in ground floor and paving not exceeding 15cm thick ( below or above ground level ) complete including removal of debries out side MD land all as specified and as directed .

M&L for PCC (1:2:4) type B-0 using 12.5 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in sub base, levelling course, etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for PCC1:4:8 type D-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in sub base of floor, etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 75mm cement concrete Type C2 1:3:6 (40 mm graded aggregate) in plinth protection and even and finishing cement concrete surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L PCC 1:2:4 type B-0 (using 12.5 mm graded stone agg) as in roof padding to receive roof treatment including demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in roof/terrace complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 on roof surface including mixed with WPC as per manufacturer's instruction's and finishing the surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed. Note :- WPC shall be measured and paid for separately as supply only under respective item of sch 'A'.

Taking down/dismantling of existing roof treatment of any description and M&L of water proofing treatment to non-accessible roof slab with APP based modified polymeric membrane as per manufacturer’s instructions with following course of description below :- (a) Applying a priming coat of bituminious primer @ 0.30 Kg /Sqm, till the surface is properly impregnated. (b) Providing APP based 5 layer polymeric membrane minimum weighing 3 .6Kg/ Sqm and minimum 3 mm thick reinforced with polyester non-woven fabric (weight not less than 150 gms/sqm) centre core, laid on primed surface by forced applications as per the manufacturer's instructions with side over lap of 75 mm and end overlap of 100 mm. All overlap joints shall be sealed thoroughly by thermo fusing both the membrane layer (torching overlap by propane or butane gas torch ) and sealing it with the help of hot trowel. The overlap joints shall be made as a monolithic layer (c) Apply two coat of bituminous aluminium paint @ 0.20 Kg/Sqm over APP membranceNote : 1. The work of water proofing treatment shall be got executed through authorised applicator of the manufacturer only and 10 year company back warranty to be submitted by contractor 2. The work is required to be carried out at non-accessible roof slab for double storeyed. The contractor shall make arrangement of scaffolding, safety and security of workers and arrangement for approach to roof . The rates quoted shall deemed to be included for these items.)

Dismantling of Asbestos cement (corruga ted, semicorrugated, etc.) sheets in roof coverings etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling of timber scantlings as in fillets, rails, posts, rafters, purlins, etc. under 40 sq. cm in section in un-framed work complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 0.50mm thick (including coated thickness) pre-colour pre- profiled (Galvalume/zinkalume) sheets AZ-150 of required colour and design having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof sheeting / sunshade / wall cladding, north light curves, fixed with zinc coated self drilling fastener including EPDM washer complete laid with one corrugation side laps and min 150mm end lap laid to slope all as per manufacturer / profile maker instruction complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Pre- painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GIbased Plainsteel sheet 0.50mm thick AZ-150 of an colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall/Valley Gutter fixed with necessary arrangement complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for 0.63 mm thick plain galvanised mild steel sheeting using grade ‘O’ sheets with 120 gm Zinc (Spelter) coating Per Sqm both sides inclusive, as in roofs, ridges, hips, valley gutters, drip and straight flashing fixed with ‘L’ or ‘J’ type hook and washers complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for second class hard wood as in scantling, fixed in unframed work clean sawn complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for 20 mm thick 2nd class hard wood boarding planed one side with butt joints and fixed with nails as in roofs, ceiling partition fascia, barge soffit etc (except flooring and skirting) including demolition of boarding complete all as specified and directed.
