Providing wood work in frames of door, window, clearstory, window and other frames wrought, framed and fixed in position 2nd class deodar wood including carriage of materials with in all leads, lifts and other incidentals or as per direction of Engineer-in charge..

Providing and fixing 40mm (forty millimeter) thick second class deodar wood panelled or panelled & glazed shutters for doors, windows, ventilators and clerestory windows including back enamelled iron butt hinges with necessary screws complete including carriage of materials with in all leads, lifts and other incidentals or as per direction of Engineer-in charge.

Providing 40x3mm (Forty into three millimeter) flat iron hold fast 40cm (Forty centimeter) long including fixing to frame with 10mm (Ten millimeter) diameter bolts and nuts and wooden plugs and embedding in cement concrete block 30x10x15cm(Thirty into ten into fifteen centimeter) in 1:3:6 (one cement : three sand : six graded crushed stone aggregate 20mm (Twenty millimeter) nominal size including carriage of materials with in all leads, lifts and other incidentals or as per direction of Engineer-in charge.

Providing and fixing anodized aluminium sliding door bolt anodized colour and shade with bolts and nuts screws etc. complete 300x16mm (three hundred into sixteen millimeter) including carriage of materials with in all leads, lifts and other incidentals or as per direction of Engineer-in charge.

Providing and fixing aluminium tower bolts (berrel type) anodized trans parent or dyed to required shade and colour with screws etc. complete 300x10mm (three hundred into ten millimeter) including carriage of materials with in all leads, lifts and other incidentals or as per direction of Engineer-in charge.

Providing and fixing 125 mm (one hundred twenty five millimeter) aluminium handles anodized dyed to required shade or colour with necessary screws etc in doors complete including carriage of materials with in all leads, lifts and other incidentals or as per direction of Engineer-in charge.

Providing form work with steel plates 3.15mm(Three point fifteen millimeter) thick welded with angle iron in frame 30x30x5mm(Thirty millimeter into thirty millimeter into five millimeter) so as to give a fair finish including centering, shuttering, strutting and propping etc. with wooden battens and ballies in any height of propping and centering below supporting floor to ceiling upto floor all level and removal of the same for in situ-reinforced concrete and pain concrete work in Beams, cantilevers, girders and lintels, sides and soffits of beams, beam hunchings, cantilevers, bressumers and lintels in any depth in all height from floor including carriage of materials with in all leads, lifts and other incidentals or as per direction of Engineer-in charge.

Providing and laying cement concrete work 1:2:4 (one Cement: two Sand: four graded stone aggregate 20 mm (twenty millimeter) nominal size and curing complete excluding cost of form work and reinforcement for reinforced concrete work in Suspended Floor roofs, landing and shelves and their support balconies, beams,girders,bressumers and contilever upto floor twolevel including carriage of materials with in all leads, lifts and other incidentals or as per direction of Engineer-in charge.

Providing mild steel/Tor steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including bending, binding and placing in position complete upto floor two level including carriage of materials with in all leads, lifts and other incidentals or as per direction of Engineer-in charge.

Steel work rivetted in built up sections including cutting,hoisting, fixing,in position and applying a priming coat of red lead paint In trusses and trussed purlins in buildings including carriage of materials with in all leads, lifts and other incidentals or as per direction of Engineer-in charge.

Providing and fixing 0.60mm (zero point sixty millimeter) thick prepainted steel sheet in roofing with hot dipped metallic zinc coated sheet with top coat of regular modified polyster (RNP) organic coating of 20 (twenty) microns over 5 (five) microns primer coating to back coat of polyster of 5 (five) microns over 5 (five) microns primer coating i/c fixing with prepainted iron J or L hooks, bolts and nuts 6mm (six millimeter) dia metre with prepainted limpet and rubber washers complete including carriage of materials with in all leads, lifts and other incidentals or as per direction of Engineer-in charge.

Providing and fixing ridges or hips 60 cm (sixty centimater) overall with 0.60mm (zero point sixty millimeter) thick prepainted steel sheets in roofing with hot dipped metalic zinc coated sheets with top coat of regular modified polyster organic coating of 20 (twenty) microns over 5 (five) microns primer coating + back coat of polyster of 5 (five) microns over 5 (five) microns primer coating i/c fixing with prepainted iron J or L hooks, bolts & nuts 6mm (five) dia & prepainted G.I. limpet and bitumen washers complete including carriage of materials with in all leads, lifts and other incidentals or as per direction of Engineer-in charge.

Providing and fixing M.S. BP Sheet 1.66mm (one point sixty six millimeter) to 2.00 mm (two point zero millimeter) thick in eaves board/facia/soffits/ceiling including cutting, fixing and welding to steel roof members and applying a coat of red lead primer complete including carriage of materials with in all leads, lifts and other incidentals or as per direction of Engineer-in charge.

Providing and fixing 4mm (four millimeter) thick Eboard (Embassed board) Ceiling of approved quality of ISI Mark i/c fixing to base frames with screws and clamps etc complete (frame work for base & cover fillets to be measured and paid for separately)

Extra for providing and fixing glass strips in joints of terrazzo floors 40 mm (forty millimeter) wide and 4 mm (four millimeter) thick including carriage of materials with in all leads, lifts and other incidentals or as per direction of Engineer-in charge.

Cement concrete flooring 1:2:4 (one cement : two sand: four graded stone aggregate 20 mm (twenty millimeter) nominal size)laid in one layer finished with a floating coat of neat Cement including carriage of materials or as per direction of engineer in charge including carriage of materials with in all leads, lifts and other incidentals.

Pointing on coursed or Ashlar stone masonry or concrete block walling with cement mortar 1:3(one Cement : three Sand) including carriage of materials with in all leads, lifts and other incidentals or as per direction of Engineer-in charge.

15mm (fifteen milimetre) cement plaster in single coat on the fair side of brick/concrete/stone wall for enterior plastering upto floor all level including arises, internal rounded angles, chamfers and/or rounded angles not exceeding 80mm (Eighty milimetre) in girth and finished even and smooth in cement mortar 1:6 (one cement:six sand) including carriage of materials with in all leads, lifts and other incidentals or as per direction of Engineer-in charge.

Applying priming coat over new wood and wood based surfaces after and including preparing the surface by thoroughly cleaning oil, grease,dirt and other forein matter sand papering and knotting ready mixed paint brushing wood priming pink of approved brand and manufacture (Nerolac/Asian Shalimar) conforming to IS: 3536-1966 brushing including carriage of materials with in all leads, lifts and other incidentals or as per direction of Engineer-in charge.

Painting two coats(excluding coat) on new wood and wood based surface with enamel paint to give an even shade including cleaning the surface of dirt,dust and other foreign matter,sand papering & stoping With enamel paint other than white including carriage of materials with in all leads, lifts and other incidentals or as per direction of Engineer-in charge.

Distempering (two coats) with oil bound washable distemper of approved brand and manufacture and of required shade on undecorated wall surfaces to give an even shade over and including a priming coat with distemper primer of approved brand and manufacture after thoroughly brushing the surface free from mortar droppings and other foreign matter and also including preparing the surface even and sand papered smooth. Priming coat with distemper primer including carriage of materials with in all leads, lifts and other incidentals or as per direction of Engineer-in charge.
