Cement concrete (1:3:6) with 40mm size hard granite metal (CB) including Cost of materials with taxes, watering, curing etc.

Brick work with fly ash bricks having crushing strength not less than 75 kg/sq.cm . In cement mortar (1:6) Foundation

Brick work with fly ash bricks having crushing strength not less than 75 kg/sq.cm . In cement mortar (1:6) Superstructure

2.5cm thick DPC with C.C.(1:2:4) using 12mm size chips

12mm thick cement plaster in cement mortar(1:4) over brick work with punning(per sqm)

12mm thick cement plaster in cement mortar(1:6) for brick work (per sqm)

16mm thick cement plaster in cement mortar(1:6) for brick work (per sqm)

Fine dressing & turfing incluiding transportation by mechanical means with all lead & lift & placing of turf in position & ramming with thapies & incluiding watering & cost of all labour ,materials etc.Complete as per clause 309 of mord Specification & as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supplying of M.S. Dor,window,with grills,Grills Collapsible gates(Fixing of M.S. Sheet on Existing grill gate) made out of M.S. Angle frame, M.S. Flat, square bar sheet etc. of approved section & design, electrically welded properly with all necessary locking arrengement & icoat red oxide primer including cost of all materials,cost of all labour T&P etc,complete.

Finishing to the exposed surface of wall with weather coat of any approved shade on new work two coats to give an even shade including cost of weather coat all cost of labours and T&P etc. complete.
