Demolition of Brickwork built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Brick work with sub class ‘B’ brick, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6, complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls etc, including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 15mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4 on fair faces of brick work or concrete incl even and smooth surfaces without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for prepration of newly plastered surfaces of wall and applying two coat of cement base paint over a coat of priming paint, complete all as specified and directed.

Complete removal of existing treatment of walls by brooming down or steel wire brushing, scrapping down smoke soot mould moss and efflorescent salts trading oil and greasy spots, filling holes cracks with wall care putty all and applying two coat of cement based paint on wall, complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparation of old surfaces by complete removal of existing treatment and applying two or more coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair precast cement concrete louvers and jallies 25mm thick (measured solid) of any design as specified by Engineer-in-Charge including all mouldings but excluding frame (pre-cast frame shall be measured seperately) setting in cement mortar 1:4 precast cement concrete jalli type B-0 1:2:4 (12.5mm graded stone aggregate), complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling wrought iron work or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F galvanised 2 strand steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacing and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts including securing or tying at crossing with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire staples or steel etc as directed (each line wire to be measured), complete all as specified and directed.
