Installation ,Testing, Commissioning of LED / HPSV / MH Street / Flood Light light fittings of all sizes and shapes By supplying the bracket as per Annesure - 1 with all nuts, bolts, Brackets etc to fix on the wall or poles, complete with all other accessories including connections etc. as required

Earthing with G.I. earth plate 600 mm X 600 mm X 6 mm thick including accessories, and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe of 2.7 meter long of 2.5 inches dia etc. The work includes supply of all the required materials & digging of suitable pit and filling with salts, charcoal and sand in layers, all around the electrode, as per the standard practice . After settling of the soil making Brick masonry chamber of size of 600x600x300 mm and the chamber shall be covered with a concrete (1:4:8) slab of size of 600mm x 600mm of around 50mm thick to fit on the chamber at the top. Numbering and lettering the pit with Black and yellow paint as required.

Providing and fixing of 6 SWG GI wire on surface / recess for earthing as required. The work includes bending dressing etc.

Erection & commissioning of Street / GRP Light Tubular or rail pole.The work involves shifting of Poles from electrical section to the site, digging (min.1.2 mtr. deep) and concreeting up to 1 meter depth, and collar of 200 mm above the ground, mounting of poles vertically on the pit, jamming with concrete 1:3:6(1 cement:3 coars sand:6 graded stone aggregate 40mm nominal size) Inclusive of all the required materials like cement, ballast, sand etc.

Providing and laying Cast-insitu cement concrete 1:3:6 (1cement:3 coarse sand:6 grade stone agreegate 40 mm including mixing ,compacting ,finishing,grouting bolts and currying etc. complete in all respect.For making plateform for feeder piller boxes,transformer,panels etc, Concreting the surface of the undergrounded areas after digging for undergrounding work, near quarters and in the road crossing and base of street light poles.

Supplying and making cable route marker with cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement , 2 coarse and 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) of size 60cm x 60cm at the bottom and 50cm x 50cm at the top with a thickness of 10cm.The work includes supply of all the items like cement, ballast, sand, Bricks etc. Including inscription duly engraved as "LT / HT CABLE" as required. Complete in all respect.

Laying of one no. PVC/ XLPE insulated PVC sheathed armoured power cable of 1.1 KV grade direct in ground including excavation, and refilling the trench including sand cushioning, protective covering with red bricks both sides and top. Complete termination and connection with lugs etc as required- upto 35 sq.mm with all required lugs.

Laying of one no. PVC/ XLPE insulated PVC sheathed armoured power cable of 1.1 KV grade direct in ground including excavation, and refilling the trench, including sand cushioning, protective covering with red bricks. Complete termination and connection with lugs etc as required- above 95 sq. mm. and upto 185 sq. mm.

Laying of one addtional no. PVC/ XLPE insulated PVC sheathed armoured power cable of 1.1 KV grade direct in ground including excavation, and refilling the trench but excluding sand cushioning, protective covering with red bricks. Complete termination and connection with lugs etc as required- up to 35 Sq. mm

Laying of one addtional no. PVC/ XLPE insulated PVC sheathed armoured power cable of 1.1 KV grade direct in ground including excavation, and refilling the trench but excluding sand cushioning, protective covering. Complete termination and connection with lugs etc as required- from 95 to 185 Sq. mm

Supplying and laying of 160 mm dia DWC HDPE pipe ISI marked along with all accessories like socket, bend, couplers etc. conforming to IS 14930, Part II complete with fitting and cutting, jointing etc.direct in ground (75 cm below ground level) including excavation and refilling the trench but excluding sand cushioning and protective covering etc., complete as required.

Supplying and laying of 200 mm dia (OD-200 mm & ID-175 mm nominal) DWC HDPE pipe ISI marked along with all accessories like socket, bend, couplers etc. conforming to IS 14930, Part II complete with fitting and cutting, jointing etc.direct in ground (75 cm below ground level) including excavation and refilling the trench but excluding sand cushioning and protective covering etc., complete as required.

Providing, laying and fixing 150 mm dia G.I. pipe (medium class) in ground complete with G.I. fittings including trenching (75 cm deep)and re-filling etc as require

Dismantling of street light pole/ rail pole any struts from the cement concrete foundation with bracket, insaulatores, stay wires, light fixtures etc, refiling the pit in the ground level including shifting of dismantle material to the store

Dismantling of over head lines comprising of copper/ aluminium over head conductor, G.I. wire, cross arms, insulators etc. as required and shifting to the Store

Supplying and making outdoor cable end termination with heat shrinkable jointing kit complete with all accessories including lugs suitable for 120sqmm of 3core, XLPE aluminum conductor cable of 11kv grade (ONE SET IS 2NOS OF KITS)
