Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator)/manual means over areas (exceeding 30 cm in depth, 1.5 m in width as well as 10 sqm on plan) including getting out and disposal of excavated earth lead upto 1Km and lift upto 1.5 m, as directed by Engineer-in-charge. 2.6.1 All kinds of soil.The rate inclusive of all material charge, Labour, transportation, Scaffolding (If needed) loading/Unloading at the work space and removal of debris outside Technopark campus etc.for all floors and all heights,complete as per the direction of engineer in charge.

Filling available excavated earth (excluding rock) in trenches, plinth, sides & inside of foundations etc. (after confermed by the engineer in charge) in layers not exceeding 20cm in depth, consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering, lead up to1 Km and lift upto 1.5 m. The rate inclusive of all material charge, labour, transportation, Scaffolding (If needed) loading/unloading at the work space and removal of debris outside Technopark campus etc. complete as per the direction of engineer in charge.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level: 1:5:10 (1 cement : 5 coarse sand : 10 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) The rate inclusive of all material charge, labour, transportation, Scaffolding (If needed) loading/unloading at the work space and removal of debris outside Technopark campusetc. complete as per the direction of engineer in charge.

Centering and shuttering including strutting, etc. and removal of form for: Foundations, footings, bases for columns, pile cap and grade beam etc. complete. The rate inclusive of all material charge, labour, transportation, Scaffolding (If needed) loading/unloading at the work space and removal of debris outside Technopark campus etc. complete as per the direction of engineer in charge.

Supplying at site: R.C.C. Standards post / struts / rails / pales of mix 1:1.5:3 ( 1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand : 3 graded stone aggregate 12.5 mm nominal size ) with wooden plugs or 6 mm bar nibs wherever required as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge (cost of earth works in excavation, concrete works in foundation to be paid separately).The rate inclusive of all material charge, Labour, transportation, Scaffolding (If needed) loading/Unloading at the work space and removal of debris outside Technopark campus etc.for all floors and all heights,complete as per the direction of engineer in charge.

Fencing with R.C.C. post placed at required distance, embedded in cement concrete blocks, every 15th post, last but one end post and corner post shall be strutted on both sides and end post one side only, provided with horizontal lines and two diagonals of barbed wire weighing 9.38 kg per 100 metres (minimum), between the two posts fitted and fixed with G.I staples on wooden plugs or G.I binding wire tied to 6 mm bar nibs fixed while casting the post, including two coats of metal primer and two coats of enamel paint.(cost of R.C.C. posts, struts, earth work and concrete to be paid for separately):- Payment to be made per metre cost of total length of barbed wire used . Applying priming coat:With ready mixed red oxide zinc chromate primer of approved brand and manufacture on steel galvanised iron /steel works.The rate inclusive of all material charge, Labour, transportation, Scaffolding (If needed) loading/Unloading at the work space and removal of debris outside Technopark campus etc.for all floors and all heights,complete as per the direction of engineer in charge.

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade: Two or more coats on new work.The rate inclusive of all material charge, Labour, transportation, Scaffolding (If needed) loading/Unloading at the work space and removal of debris outside Technopark campus etc.for all floors and all heights,complete as per the direction of engineer in charge.

Welded steel wire fabric of required width having rectangular mesh painted with two or more coats of enamel paint of approved shade over a coat of primer (Priming & painting to be paid for separately).Welded steel wire fabrics will conform to IS4948 and shall be of rectangular mesh of 75 x 25 mm size with weight not less than 7.75 kg/sqm. The rate inclusive of all material charge, Labour, transportation, Scaffolding (If needed) loading/Unloading at the work space and removal of debris outside Technopark campus etc.for all floors and all heights,complete as per the direction of engineer in charge.

Steel work welded in built up sections/framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer using structural steel including two coats of enamel paint.etc. as required. In gratings, frames, guard bar, ladder, railings, brackets, gates and similar works.The rate inclusive of all material charge, Labour, transportation, Scaffolding (If needed) loading/Unloading at the work space and removal of debris outside Technopark campus etc.for all floors and all heights,complete as per the direction of engineer in charge.
