Eligibility Criteria

Bidders shall not be under a declaration of ineligibility for corrupt and fraudulent practices issued by Government of Karnataka

It shall be the responsibility of the Bidder to ensure credit of Tender Processing Fee and EMD into the respective receiving bank accounts of e-Procurement on or before the last date and time of bid submission.

EMD Payments through e-Payment mode shall be made as one single transaction and payments made in part are liable for rejection.

All terms and conditions of tender document shall be applicable to this tender

Technical Criteria

Past Experience

The Tenderer should have successfully provided at least 80% of contract value of manpower services for any Central/ State Govt./ Semi Govt./PSU/Reputed Company established under the Companies Act, 1956 or 2013 in any of the last three Financial Years (i.e., Financial Years 2022-23, 2023-24 & 2024-25 preceding the last date for submission of Tenders.

Capabilities of Vendor

The bidder must submit solvency certificate from nationalized/scheduled bank certifying financial soundness for at least for an amount of 25% of the annual contract value, issued not earlier than one year from the date of submission of tender.

The Tenderer should have minimum Average Annual Turnover of Rs. 92,00,000/- (Rupees: Ninety-two lakhs only) from any one of the last three completed financial Years preceding the last date for submission of Tenders (i.e. Financial Year 2022-23, 2023-24 & 2024-25)
